Just a few musings while we wait for theQ2 results. Like you I’m very interested to see the strategy for the future regarding possible acquisitions/ mergers. I’ve been looking through the job vacancies for both tremor and unruly on their sites. A total of 60 plus vacancies over all their offices and particularly 12 technical posts in Israel alone. I would think recruitment is extremely difficult at the moment in this competitive and fast moving environment. It would seem to me that Peri might fit this bill to some degree (a) being almost next door and (b) being a very similar company. I would think they could provide a raft of the expertise required for expansion in one hit. I’m almost certain there must have been some dialogue or thoughts to this being a possibility. Interesting times ahead.

Many thanks for the information KPDm, there’s obviously money to be made( and lost!) trading the currency rate, something I’m certainly not equipped to do ! The Nasdaq listing has been something many people on this site have been calling for over several years. I think the whole thing has been put in place with great skill and speed by the board let’s hope it’s the masterstroke needed to finally release the full potential of this company.

Current share price here this morning appears to be just about catching up with the closing price in the US. How is this going to work ? It looks as though we are following their lead at the moment but surely the values should always be relatively similar when both markets are trading, or am I wrong.

Almost exact parity now at this present moment. 9.24 dollars over the pond against 6.60 pounds over here. Discounts all round then. Roll on our next TU, with the Peri results so buoyant today we must be in for some good news too, surely!

This has looked an interesting prospect for a while now. Both companies must be well aware of any future possibilities, being so similar and geographically so close. I wonder if Ofer used the proceeds of his share sale to steal a lead and buy in his self! Perion shares have certainly done well recently since his sale. He would be in a great personal position with interests in both companies if it did happen! Wild musings obviously but who knows!

It seemed to me that it was not for the larger investor but who knows. I hope it is something to do with the appointment of the New joint broker Stifel in New York. They must be expecting some action in any case. Well worth a look, to get your own feel of things. Unruly are recruiting like mad
And would seem to indicate plenty of business ! But as we know this company is not for the faint hearted !!

I've just seen that Tremor NY office are recruiting fo the post of Investor Relations Manager ! Good news I think, if you look at the job description it leads you to believe they hope there's going to be plenty of work for them in the US shortly. Its interesting reading as to what the vacancies for both Tremor and particularly for Unruly at the moment. Gives a good idea as to where their expanding globally and in which areas of advertising they are consent rating. It pretty much ties up with the board's vision of where they are targeting. Looking at some of the job descriptions it looks like it's an extremely high pressure work environment and quite specialised. I think they must be looking for some very sharp cookies in this company( no pun intended)

Massive overeaction I feel on trades of only 300k. Good point to start the share buyback with a 10% discount already ! When is a good time for a CEO to sell ? The share price has increased dramatically, why not take a few quid out, let's face it they can always vote themselves a good few more whenever they choose. As minor share holders we are always at the end of the line. I still feel this company is finally on the right track and has enormous potential but there's going to be very rough waters on the way without a doubt!

First time since the Blinkx days that I'm back in profit, it's been a long slog, desperate at times, I've never suffered as much with any other share I've owned. Interesting looking at the Unruly website, I think the turn around is definitely being driven by their inclusion. Look at their job vacancies , very sales and customer service oriented I'm pleased to say. Expanding in numerous countries too. With Unruly's connections, Rhythm's established technology and Tremors revitalised management it looks very positive for the future. Here's hoping!

I have been monitoring the Tremor Careers section of their website for some time and there has been a massive increase in Sales/ Customer related vacancies of late. Let's hope this is an indication of how things are going with the expansion. There used to be lots of tech vacancies with Rhythm but not now, it's all sales and performance based jobs with a big emphasis on client success. Just an interesting observation.

Why has the previous post regarding the petition against AIM shorting been removed I wonder ?

The London office doesn't seem to be mentioned anymore in the list of locations. I wonder if it's all heading across the pond. The anticipation with this share is enormous, there seem to be lots more big name clients in their portfolio of late.
Let's hope it's reflected in the numbers.

Many many thanks Stt for your hours/ days of effort in gleaning information about R1's terrible failings as a company. Being a widower and an orphan myself I feel so grateful that you can spare your valuable time in protecting me from ever being involved with such a hopeless enterprise. I hope you can do this valuable research for all the other misguided people who may want to invest in other such companies. You are indeed a saint among men! I am sure that others will join me in giving our sincertest gratitude for what you do.

I really appreciate your daily warnings of impending doom and disaster and as a none shareholder yourself you must be very glad not to be personally involved with this share. It is even more gratifying that you spend hours every day looking after the interests of others through the goodness of your heart. I would be grateful then if you could perhaps give us some insight into what companies we should be investing in, if not R1, which you make quite clear is going nowhere in your opinion. Quite right Curly, I suppose. I should put him back off filter and take the time to rebuff his accusations. It does seem to me though,that 90% of the comments here are related to him unfortunately, he's a real pain in the backside and doesn't warrant the time and effort!. Care in the community perhaps?
