1.2 million sell at 09.28, what's going on here? Shorters getting rid ? Or more wrangling.
750K trades went through at 09.20 buys or sells ?
As soon as we get some positive news the shite hawks come out of the woodwork again ! What a site!
Good interview by Dan on the OnlineVideo.net site regarding the YuMe tie up. Just seen on the ADFN chat room.
Very encouraging article on R1 blog regarding the Google double click involvement. Things seem to be moving apace With that relationship.
Big trade at 16.35 after closing,almost 900k @ 2.72 is it a sell ? Who might know?
Your quite right Brassneck, thanks for the clarification, it's all getting very complicated. The trades today are very strange, no one seems to be giving the accurate prices for some reason.
Even after share consolidation Tosca still just under 29%. River and Merc ditched 30%. Anyone guessing what Toscas' long term strategy is ? Today's trading and pricing is hard to understand for me. Someone shed some light on what's occurring please!
Both Rhythm 1 and YuMe seem to have fallen in tandem, now approx 59% of what they were in September. Presumably this is a good thing with regard to the takeover valuations. I know it's not good for us long suffering investors but all of us still here at this point must be hard bitten types who are willing to take our chances ! Now no more moaning from anyone still involved from here on in, let's be positive and look forward to seeing the fruits of our wise investment in the new year. Festive felicitations to you all.
Yes you are quite right 1GW, I looked on the Morningstar website and they don't differentiate the 'beneficial shareholding' I'm learning a lot owning this share. In more ways than one. Thanks!
I was just looking this morning who the major share holders were in YuMe and on the list of institutional share holders it clearly shows R1 as the major shareholder with 32.25% I assume these shares are bought and paid for, presumably by the cash element mentioned in the deal. Or am I wrong. It all seems to be getting very convoluted ! But I'm no expert !
If we now own 32.25% of you me, presumably the cash purchase part of the deal, why is the share price not reflecting this ?
It would seem that R1 are now the major institutional shareholder in YuMe with a 32.25% holding. Does this mean the deal's going through ?
How eloquent ! Are you Neanderthal ?
Expected EBITDA to be between 3.5 and 5.00 from last quarters results. Let's see!!
YuMe careers page still looking for lots of staff for their Pune and Chennai offices. They must be planning a massive push for the Indian market. Interesting to see if there is a mention in the forthcoming quarterly statement.
Just been looking at the new website. R1 looking for sales staff in Milan to push the Italian market. All sounds encouraging. I really think with the YuMe connections the global sales will increase dramatically. Let's hope the deal stays on track.
Have just checked out the YuMe website. Their careers page makes for some interesting reading. Masses of job vacancies for their Indian business in Chennai and Pune. There must be an incredible opportunity out there with over a billion population to target, most of whom are wannabe entrepreneurs. I personally am really excited about this 'merger' prospect . I realise there is a lot of uncertainty at the moment but if all the strands of the various acquisitions can be connected I feel the potential for the whole is enormous.
Very strange buying patterns and volumes. Share price continues to stay under the 3.00 level could this be yet another final shakeout ?
Nearly 600k shares bought this morning at sub 3.00. Not a glimmer of price rise! Someone's filling their boots.
