Hi Jackinabox,
Nah, piggy bank's not that big. Just some old work SIPPs/ISAs finally being moved and had to go somewhere. I'm all in oil and gas now (sound a bit strange!) I don't class myself as a sophisticated investor. I know bugger all really but I can read and I can read an audit. My trouble is I am very trusting and sometimes naiaeve, neive, ..GULLIBLE! I trust Art Milholland (he's like a kindly old Grandpa!) If you tell me now he's only 38 then all i can say is he had a very hard paper round!
Oil and Gas all the way and a big raspberry to Greta and her gang.

Hi Shouston,
Yes, at first it basically said 'we'll do our best' ha! but I see it went through. I'm very happy with my COPL purchases and to be honest I wasn't sure if I should put it all in COPL but I've been looking into Baron (really sorry for the cross ramp, forgive me) and I was satisfied that there was at least a chance of success for them. I know it comes with risks, what stock doesn't these days BUT oil and gas is as far as I'm concerned as good as anywhere to invest right now. Geopolitics and a few other factors will in my opinion push oil & gas prices much higher, particularly in early 2023.
But what do i know a simple single mum on the Norfolk coast. A funny old day here weatherwise by the way. Rain, sun, a strange sort of mist and then sun again.
Art
oh... I forgot to add 20m BOIL too but not sure if it went through. I don't mean any bad by mentioning another O&G company here but I know one or two of you are also invested. I'm keeping EVERYTHING crossed! So don't bother knocking on my front door (or my back door for that matter) cos you aint' gettin' in!

Hello my lovelies,
Well I raided the piggy bank and just bought 140k COPL shares. I look forward to being rewarded in the next 36 months or so.
Have a great weekend everyone and ignore the TW ats!

Hello again my lovelies,
The board as I observe it now is a much more pleasant place to be now. I have updated my filter list to include the following; CoplHodler; Ironhide; DeeJayHaitch; Bridgedogg1; Oiler87; Devilbhoy; garyn; gregorio; gregpeck7; longfell; BaggyMcBaggy; Goldfish11; a-2-b; Sparkz; mcadder;Benny-Hill; sherwood; tuvok; star786; Antha; hillybilly1; Trujack; rooblertwo; CryWolf & Bcarm
I would have included the gold character to the list but he appears to have disappeared up his own orifice. Ha! I’m going to quote a passage from a speech made by Oliver Cromwell to the Rump Parliament of 1653 which I think contains sentiment that is very appropriate to all those remaining on my filter list and to any others who wish to sow the seeds of fear, uncertainty and doubt upon COPL, a company who all genuine investors want to do well and succeed in the long term. Read it and heed it well.
“It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place,
which you have dishonoured by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice. Ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government.
Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.
Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess?
Ye have no more religion than my horse. Gold is your God. Which of you have not bartered your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?
Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defiled this sacred place, and turned the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices?
Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation. You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed, are yourselves become the greatest grievance.
Your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse this Augean stable, by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings in this House; and which by God's help, and the strength he has given me, I am now come to do.
I command ye therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place.
Go, get you out! Make haste! Ye venal slaves be gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there and lock up the doors.
IN THE NAME OF GOD, GO!
Hello my lovelies,
Out of respect for of our dear Queen, I decided to have a short period of reflection before returning to posting on this board. Whether you support the Monarchy as an institution or not or even come to that whether you liked or disliked HM Elizabeth II as a person, my belief is that the late Queen was a great representative for this country, a very hard working and eminent diplomat. To take that role from the age of 25 and continue for the next 70 years is an outstanding achievement. I doubt we will see her like again in our lifetime.
Now to COPL. A lot has happened since I was here last. I read with pleasure the fantastic RNA presented on the 12th September 2022 confirming a very significant upgrade in reserves and value. This confirmed to me what a beast of a company we have here and of course it didn’t take into account the Frontier field asset. When the massive Frontier oil find of at least 1B bbls of sweet light crude in the safe and low tax environment of Wyoming is proven, what will our value be then? If this latest news doesn’t lead to a much better finance package/RBL then I don’t know what would do it! I can only imagine financial institutions will be jumping over themselves to lend us money. I believe Art knows what he is doing, he has I am sure learnt from past mistakes and will get the best deal he can for the company.
People said 2022 was going to be a big year for COPL and they were right but in my opinion 2023 and 2024 will be even bigger! It just remains to be seen if COPL can stay independent that long. The big oil companies will be hovering, waiting in the wings to pounce! COPL surely has to be worth £5 a share as a minimum. By my very poor maths that makes a m/cap of only £1.32B. Surely COPL will be worth a little more to the ‘big boys’! £10 a share would be nice but I suppose I’d take £5 a share if they forced me!
This ends Part 1 of my post today. More to follow shortly!

Hello my lovelies,
On the comment about Liz Truss giving approval for fracking all I will say is we've been here before and look what happened previously. It kicked up such a storm of protest that it was quickly abandoned. You can argue that the circumstances have changed since then but I don't think that'll cut any ice with our friends at ER!
I have seen the price of our companies product WTI drop recently to just over $82bbl. Whilst this is a concern if this trend were to continue my personal feeling is that over the coming Winter and beyond O & G prices will rise, particularly in light of geopolitical influences a domestic necessities. I can certainly see oil going back up nearer to $100 bbl by New Year. I could of course be barking completely up the wrong tree so don't count on me please!
COPL are sitting on serious amounts of oil As long as Art and his gang can get it out in quantity we'll be in clover, if not rolling in it. It. What COPL have I a strategically important asset to the United States and an extremely valuable asset at that.
All just my opinion so as always do your own research into this. More knowledgeable people than I here may be able to provide more meat on the bone with regards to where O& G prices are going in the short, medium and longterm.
Have a great afternoon and keep smiling, the weekend is just around the corner!

Hello my lovelies,
I guess we still have a couple of the old Four Horsemen followers still giving us the benefit of their wisdom and what a fountain it is. A fountain of negativity that is.
I'm guessing it is Oiler and DevilBhhhhhoy. They are the proverbial 'end of bells'. I don't think they have to work hard at it as I believe it just comes natural to them. I recommend filtering the pair of throbbing tools and you'll find that without oxygen they'll just wither up and disappear like the Ouzlem Bird that flies in ever decreasing circles up their own sweaty orifices.
I hope that clarifies what I feel about this pair.
Art (the one who can still just about get her legs behind her ears unlike I imagine the other Art who just falls off chairs)
Good Morning my lovelies!
Lots of green boxes for me today and just for being a miserable barsteward (I bet he's a right bundle of laughs at any party) with all you comment on COPL sherwood is also sent back to his forest. With a bit of luck he'll take the rest of his sentiment draining merry Men with him. they can ALL Friar Tuck OFF!
And relax! Do Well!
Art
Hello my lovelies!
Lot's of negative R Soles about I see. At least i don't have to read their shiiiite anymore AND it is a rather pleasant shade of green. It is a good sign that they are here because it shows they are intent on holding the sentiment of this stock down! Why would that be?
Tiburn has explained time and time again the conditions neccessary to make this stock rise and I believe it will happen.
In the immortal words of Master Po,
"Patience Glasshopper, patience!"
Have a great afternoon and evening folks.
"Do well!"

Hello my lovelies,
As most of you know I am not an O&G expert. I don't have a good knowledge of the technical aspects of exploration or production in this field. BUT I can read and get an understanding of what I read. I invested in COPL for a number of reasons. I COPLs case it was the news of the significant oil find back in January. That led me to do further due diligence research and eventually I made the decision to invest. I've invested in three tranches so far initially when the sp was just over 20p and the last as low as 13p. my average now stands at just over 18p. I think I've got a bargain and as far as I am concerned, yes there are risks to the investment BUT the potential to increase my financial wealth over the next 36 months far outweighs those risks. All i am sure of is that when:-
Drill rigs are drilling and the well pumping in quantity.
An improved finance package (RBL) to reduce costs to the company.
Oil price remaining high (and I believe that the oil price will increase over the Winter and beyond - $125 bbl by end of January 2023)
The US of A needs the oil! It is a strategic asset that WILL be exploited one way or another. AND COPL have it!
Geopolitical situation. Is the Ukraine War going to end next week? A month, 6 months? And when it does end there will be something else to create chaos for all of us.
There are a few other factors that I believe will make investing in COPL a risk worth taking but the above are enough to be going on with. I hope to complete one more tranche of investment for this year soon so I hope I don't miss the boat with the current sp. I cannot believe it is so low right now. The potential is MASSIVE!
I have filtered the majority of the trolls, Four Horsemen etc (they let their horses just 5h1t everywhere, good for the rosebeds though once it has dried out though) I digress. I don't see any of these bar5tards anymore and it is great. i suggest that you all do the same.
From Sunny Norfolk, "Do well!"

Hello my lovelies!
A big hug for opulentia for having the balls to get the FCA involved. Hopefully the thought that others are monitoring will send The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and all their other little Demons who assist them in spreading FUD and just trying to destroy sentiment in this stock.
After filtering that end of a bell a-2-b I now have 14 of the to55ers filtered. I can definitely reccomend the filtering approach. We don't need these throbbers to tell us of the risks, we know the risks and we can discuss these risks in a sensible way here and with that we also know the great potential and opportunity we all have invested in COPL. So all in all the board here is improving with good comments that even non oil/gas tech people like me can understand!
Right, a womans work is never done so I am off and as it was A' Level results today my lad needs a big hug too as he's a bit disappointed with one of his results. Not the end of the world as I see it.

Hello my lovelies!
@DerekT17 We're all underwater, well most of us I guess but all I would say is look at the bigger, longer term picture. I accept that there is a risk to your cash but the potential upside here is huge. Massive exponential growth once the well get pumping. Think what will the oil production output be in 12, 24 or 36 months.
Now is a fantastic time to get into this company. It might go a little lower over the next month but then I can only see it going one way. Get a decent finance package in place/RBL and wells a pumpin' and we'll be cookin' on millions of barrels of sweet light crude.
It might be a dog now but it will morph into a large growling Tiger (do Tigers growl? I don't know!)
Art (not that Art. Think more like Christina Hendricks from Mad Men. Or as my nasty ex used to say a Galleon in full sail ba5tard!)
Hello my lovelies,
I have just filtered The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
Death - CoplHodler
Ironhide - Famine
DeeJayHaitch - War
Bridgedogg1 - Pestillence
Four down eleven to go.
I have no doubt that the board will look quite different when they're all gone. I'll update you with the filtered list as and when!
Do well! As they say in these parts.

Hello and Good Morning! my lovelies.
It's another beautiful morning here on the Norfolk coast, i hope it is wherever you are too.
I very much hope that the bb will become calmer and more civilised. There is nothing to be gained by anybody insulting eachother and to that i offer my sincere apologies to any I may have offended either intentionally or accidentally. That said I will no longer engage directly with the people on the board who promote unbalanced and unfair opinion. To those that masquerade as my saviour by suggesting I sell up I will regretably have to filter. I have never filtered anybody before but I feel I have no other option considering the amount of damage to sentiment these people have caused to a company that I am invested in.
i've always said that I am here for the longterm and longterm is for me at least the next 3 -5 years. After that who knows. I look forward to some nice dividend payments in time IF all goes to plan. Alternatively I look forward to being offered a nice sum for my shares in any takeover. as i say, who knows what will happen. I'm invested here because i believe COPL offer me an opportunity to make my life and that of my two children better. Times are going to get tough for a lot of us over the next couple of years and I'm not ashamed to say that I am very worried about what the future holds for me and my children. I am doing my best to at least give us a fighting chance. If COPL can come good and I don't see why it wouldn't if production increases over the next 36 months then my family's future will be more secure. that's basically why I'm here and why I have got so peed off with certain posters just spreading negativity and only negativity. I say to these people that if they are genuine and are simply putting stuff out there to give a balanced view then fair enough but if you are doing it for payment, devilment or because you want to try and influence sentiment for your own gain, well you seriously need to look into your heart and soul to understand that this is people's lives you are playing with.
There are a few good, knowledgeable people here who give a sensible insight into COPL and it's potential. It is fairly obvious that I subscribe to Tiburn's point of view rather than that of Coplhoddler and if that makes my shortsighted then so be it. I just do not like the constant bashing and vindictivness against the company or the CEO and so I have to do something about it once and for all.
if coplhoddler and the others of that ilk see this as some sort of victory over somebody like me then I congratulate you and hope that it gives you some satisfaction. The reality is that I will still be here holding what stock I have until the time is right for me to sell some or all of shares. As for these individuals, well I just feel sorry for you.

Dear darling Death! You cantered up to ask me about h + p. Helmerich & Payne or the sauce? I care not for their geological and commercial assessment COS of 12.5%. that is their opinion and as we all know opinions are like r soles - everybody has them. we also have our fair share of negative r soles on this bb. As for contacting the LSE Administrators I may well do that. You are disruptive and without balance of any kind. you serve no other purpose than to destroy sentiment amongst current investors and potential investors. You are a very malign entity on this bb which is why I refer to you as Death. Your other 5hit stirrers here, Pestillence, Famine and War are also contemptible creatures and I'll make sure to include them also. Fortunately Southend is not that far away and it will make a nice day out.
So, Death, to my question why are you here and do you have ANYTHING positive, anything at all to say about COPL?
Many thanks,
Art
Hello my lovelies!
What an exciting few days we've all had here. I'm here for the longterm, which for me means either until COPL are drilling and pumping like crazy OR until we are bought out by the likes of Exxon et al. getting back to 'crazy', what do you all think would have happened to the share price of a company like 88E had they just announced an independent report confirming that they were sitting on top of 933 million barrels of light sweet crude? Oh and did I mention it is located not in the wilds of the Alaskan North Slope but in hospitable and friendly Wyoming. Yet, on Friday we get this fantastic announcement and the sp drops! Still it gives me time to invest a bit more for me and my children I suppose.
I see Death and some of it's minnions are still here spreading negativity and doing their very best to damage sentiment. Odious and repellent creatures that they are, I ask Death, yeah you riding the Pale Horse just why are you here? Why? that question goes to your mates too, Why are any of you here?
Whilst I'm asking the questions, Death, do you have ANYTHING positive to say about COPL? Anything at all because so far all I have ever read from you is negativity. Years ago I played football for a very successful ladies football team and i remember we all played well because we were all positive and enforced the positivity. Unfortunately there was one player who constantly went on about how bad we were in defence or that the keeper was no good (even though we were top of the league we were in. In the end we all had enough of it and told the manager either she goes or we all go. so the negative mare got slung out on her ear and we ended up winning the league and the Norfolk Cup! Do you see where I'm going with this Death? Death, you are on Team COPLs bb. Either reign in the negativity or a few of us will probably have to start going to the LSE Administrators to sort the problem out and get you booted off the team.
I wouldn't mind a bit of negativity from you Death BUT so far you haven't scored once for us. Blerdy useless!
Art (the one with toned thighs due to all my days playing football and not due to falling off chairs)
Hello my lovelies!
and Death is still here I see, well into double figures with post here today no doubt. Why are you here Death? Why don't you haunt 88E or some similar company. You constantly spout negativity that you do with a relish. Do you wish for people here to lose all their investment? You will of course deny all this but in your heart you know that we can see your agenda and nefarious aims.
Ryder Scott IRR will I am sure give us good news and hopefully The Four Horsemen can gallop off to pastures new and wherever they end up the new bb will have my deepest sympathy.
To all genuine investors here I wish you all a good night.

Al'right my lovelies?!
Back in sunny Norfolk. Almost as hot as Kefalonia but the evenings are cooler here AND the sea definitely not as blue!
Some great posts these last few days and then of course we have the comments of The Four Horsemen otAp. and their other assorted demons! I keep asking them why they feel the need to keep posting negativity. As gran always said, "If you can't say anything nice, keep her bleedin' trap shut!" Gran was born in Hackney in 1891 and died in the early 1980s What a life she experienced. Lord knows what she'd make of the goings on these days!
I'm still waiting on my pension administrators to release some money for my SIPP. I won't name them but they are bloody awful and so slow. If I miss the Ryder Scott CPR/resource report I'll not be happy.
Lot's of good news to come and with some very good technical posters here AND doing my own DD (good job I can read and analyse data) I am satisfied that over the next 24 I will double my investment value. More if possible but I don't want to be greedy. Couple of questions to the good and knowledgeable people here.
1. What is the likelihood of a JV or complete buy out of COPL? Or if no buyout
2. Where could COPL m/cap and sp realistically be in 3-5 years?
I know there are a lot of factors such as oil price etc. so let's assume it ranges between 70$ -120$ a barrel. Just thinking of my kids investment here and just hoping for the best in these difficult days (sadly I think life is going to get a lot tougher for many of us).
Love to you all including The Horsemen ha!
