Hello my lovelies!
Fantastic research from Tiburn, THANK YOU! (are you sure you're not Mr Millholland? Ha!). So, we can say that at least 2 Horizontal we'll have been drilled and paid for by someone ... Thank you Mr Woods. I hope he is happy with the results!
We're on our way folks. We may only just have left the station but we're on our way. Some may leave at the first major stop but I've come so far and hope to stay until the final destination. And till then I'll just keep adding. Yes, there are the remaining bonds to consider, maybe a consolidation too BUT we also have a name change and a relist onto a 'much better' market than our current one. Let's face it, the London Stock Exchange have deteriorated over the last few years and I will be happy to see the back of them. As for the so called 'market makers', well if I'd behaved in such a cavalier fashion in my nursing days I'd have been struck off long ago. Absolute criminals.
GGS completion
Increased oil production, month on month
Refinancing, that's if we will even need it
JV announcement, cash up front, debts paid off, possibly Bond Holders too, relisting on a 'decent' Stock Market
Possibly a special dividend to look forward to
Ultimately a complete buyout for a 5.h1t load of money
And the icing on the cake
Carbon Capture & Underground Storage.
I cannot wait!
Art (who looks forward to sleepy Joe paying silly amounts of cash for my spent air to be pumped underground that helps to pump our our oil! You couldn't make this s.h1t up, Ha!)
Hello my lovely Shaa and to any other investors who happen to be awake.
I pass on this information as I am confident that it will become common knowledge. I cannot confirm that I'm being told the 'full facts' but can say that the emphasis was on the CC&US and using EOR as part of the process. The oil was mentioned but was not the main focus.
This has come to me via what is for me an impeccable source who I trust.
I mentioned in my previous post a timescale of 'one to two years' as a time to hold for seeing a decent reward. It is NOT a timescale on the JV timeline! My source of information did not directly mention the JV, only the focus of interest i.e CC&US (CO2-EOR). My own personal view on the completion of the JV is that it should happen by the end of October (hopefully THIS October, Ha!)
Enjoy your Sunday and if you are a fan of F1 I hope your driver/team does well. I'm a big fan of Max V, I know a lot don't like him but I think he's cute, Ha! Love Spa too, a great track.
Art (who hopes the other Art is tucked up in bed keeping his strength up for the coming JV announcement!)
Good Evening my lovelies!
Please feel free to take the following with a pinch of salt. This afternoon I received confirmation of some research into COPL and more specifically the potential JVP.
Suffice to say the JVP is significantly focusing on EOR (CO2) and CC&US. I am fully satisfied with what I have been told and look forward to increasing my holding.
All I will say to the people who managed to acquire significant holdings under 2p you are in a very fortunate position. If you are bold enough to hold for a year or two you should find you will be well rewarded.
Do your own research and you may come to the same conclusion that I have.
Art (who is happier than a happy thing in happy land)
Hello my lovelies!
I'm back from my hols to a very temperate Norfolk coastal breeze and it's wonderful to be back!
I'm going to lay it firmly on the line and say that whilst the oil that COPL has is substantial and worth a huge amount of cash right now (and for the next 40 years too!) I believe (remember where you heard it first folks Ha!) that the real value lies with the Carbon Capture & Underground Storage. All my senses and intuition is taking me to this conclusion and I can see it being an absolutely huge business over the next few decades. And to think that little old COPL will be a part of this at such an early stage.
So, Black Gold AND CCUS that has to be HUGE for all investors in COPL.
Art (who hopes that the other Art leaves it to the 'experts' in CCUS opex. Now who could those experts be? Ha!)
My lovely Phoenix1234,
I do apologise for not replying to your posts more promptly and adhering to your schedule but as I do have a life beyond this bb I can only reply as and when time allows. Some of us have to work and I am currently on emergency callout rota and having to treat a TIA. Fortunately, not a full-blown stroke but still very serious. Speed of treatment is most important with this condition. Getting back to COPL and this bb I really do not have the luxury of being able to spend every waking hour in this virtual world of joy that some people here seem to inhabit.
You state in one of your recent posts, "So if I am negative so what, its my money I see being dwindled away, and as such time that I am in profit ,I will continue with my points."
“We are all entitled to opinions and mine is”
I fully agree with you. You ARE entitled to your opinion but in what way does this opinion that you have and freely broadcast support the company you are invested in? How indeed? Could I suggest that you give COPL HQ a call in Calgary and thrash it out with them directly? I am sure that some minion or even Mr Millholland himself would be pleased to discuss all of your complaints.
Further to the above, you state,” Copl hopefully have the oil, hopefully we can get it out at reasonable cost.” Hmm.. ‘hopefully’? If COPL are telling us facts and not spinning us and the rest of the oil world a yarn then ‘hopefully’ doesn’t come into it! I agree with you that ’hopefully’ COPL can extract the oil in a safe and cost, effective manner and why shouldn’t they after all it is already free flowing. The GGS is well on its way to completion and I suspect that oil production will increase from now on month after month after month until there are about 150 well pumping a 5h1t load of oil everyday.. year in year out. And just to help little COPL on their way I believe that little EXXONMOBIL will lend us a hand. NOW THAT’S A POSITIVE OUTLOOK.
So, I ask politely are you able to give a POSITIVE OUTLOOK on COPL? Or are you here for nefarious reasons? Now that’s what I call ‘mysterious’! I hope you are not one of those paid 8ell-End5 working in cahoots with T.W.@t5s little gang. Previously we had The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse here. Thankfully they got back on their horses and forked off in a southerly direction. Maybe you also have a horse or a llama that you can ride out on. I say again, I am a genuine holder here that is currently seriously underwater now that is MY fault but I don’t need or appreciate characters trashing the sentiment on what could and ‘hopefully’ be a great little (or not so little) oil company.
HOWS THAT? OK! Good Night!
Art (looking forward to the day that news of the EXXONMOBIL JV is announced)
Hello my lovely Tiburn!
An excellent response to Phoenix1234s post (0953). Whilsts I've mentioned Phoenix1234s I would ask this person the following questions:-
If you believe COPL and Arthur millholland are so bad why would you invest and stay invested in the company?
Do you believe the company when it reports the discovery of IN EXCESS OF ONE BILLION BARRELS OF LIGHT SWEET CRUDE OIL?
Do you believe the JV WITH A 'LARGE' OIL COMPANY IS CURRENTLY IN NEGOTIATION?
Do you believe as I do that COPL are negotiating a JV with EXXONMOBIL? If not them, who?
Do you have ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY about COPL? Anything at all (just asking for a friend you see, Ha!). I do wonder WHY you are here at all. I'll tell you why I am here it's because I naively believed this LSE platform to be for genuine investors to sensibly discuss their investment and to be positive and not negative. The way I see it is if i no longer believe in the company I am invested in then I sell up... irrespective of the loss because if it IS as bad as what I think then it will ultimately drop to zero and liquidated. So I sell!
People say,"Oh, we don't want an echo chamber!2 no we don't but we don't want your constant moaning about how bad COPL or Arthur Millholland is either. Yes, it is a supposedly a 'free country' with freedom of speech (Ha! They obviously don't work in the Health care industry) and you can say what you want, however, give the subtle and not so subtle digs at the company a rest please.
I would ask the question to all who frequent these bbs and that is there an alternative to LSE. I've been to ADVFN and that's like a lunatic assylum... er sorry I meant Mental Health Care Facility. Is there a Telegram group or whatever just so as I can distance myself from the negative 8ell-End5 who frequent these boards. I'm tired of filtering the T.W.@t5!
Art (who just wants to make a few quid so my children and I can have a bit of a better life than we currently do)
Hello my lovely waddaweknow,
You make statements and also ask me questions that I can only give an opinion on.
OIL & SP: I agree with you in that the oil hasn’t disappeared and the share price continues to slide.
Salary Increases: I don’t know if the BoD salaries have doubled, I know that they were significantly increased but by what factor I do not know. Am I happy with this situation? Well, the answer has to be a resounding ‘no’. However, were any rules broken by the BoD with these salary increases? Had we the shareholders put contingencies in place to prevent such salary increases?
News (is always a bit iffy): Well, I disagree. It isn’t ‘always a bit iffy’ and you know damn well it isn’t so stop 5h1t stirring please.
Cayman Island (type arrangements ‘for the benefit of insiders’): I don’t know BUT for clarity would you like to give some specific examples of what you are suggesting. The lawyers at Farrer & Co will be very interested in what you have to say along with the FCA of that, I am sure.
What Score (would I give AM for managing SH interests say since January?): Probably somewhere between 0 and 10. Look… what do you want me to say zero? Is that what you want? OK, you can have it. Happy now? Personally, I still believe in this company no matter what others say. I have to trust the information I am presented with. If you do not trust this information the sell up or stay and 5od off because it is getting really bl00dy boring now. Please wind your necks in.
I do hope you have a really happy life and pray to whatever God you have that you never end up in any medical facility where I happen to be. I'd be quite happy to face the NMC and tell them exactly what i think of them and ar5ehole5 who damage my financial investments. I do hope that this makes my feelings perfectly clear to you and your kind.
Art (who is fed up with all the bs games from all the TW@.t5)
Hello my lovelies...
I am probably not alone in wishing that I could get in at this price than my current average of just over 15p! I have to trust what the company tells me re JVs etc. I don't think the company would lie about the JV... They know the consequences of lying to the market and financial authorities. Like that woman CEO Art spoke about... I believe she's doing porridge for a few years for lying to the markets.
I'm prepared to give this the time it needs but it would be good to hear from the company, preferably Mr Millholland just to set the record straight and stabilise sentiment.
I'll not lie to you, days like today worry me. I worry because I'm just trying my best but sometimes I doubt my choices in life (and that's just the men, Ha!) nevermind stocks.
Let's see what tomorrow brings.
Art (sorry no little quote! apart from this on!)
hello my lovelies!
i am out of my brief self imposed exile as i couldn't stand it any longer to read some of the absolute****** and in many cases lies that are being written on this board. this is not a game we are playing here, this is people's hard earned money we're talking about. i get it if you have a gripe about the company or ceo but it really has got out of hand now.
the good news and the bad news. the bad news is that if i can ever identify any of the sorry pieces of excrement that are on my filter list and they just happen to rock up at one of the medical establishments i happen to be working at then be warned you are going to need a bl00dy good surgeon to remove that proctoscope from your nether regions. no lube just dry. that's what these barstewards are trying to do to my investment.
the good news for these r-soles(fish?) is that i have no way of identifying you! so you're safe. tw@.t5
one last question to ask yourselves is, "has the oil just disappeared?" do you think it has? if yes then i suggest you sell up and leave us silly burgers alone. you're wasting your time trying to save us so jog on. or are you here for some other reason? what might that reason be?
i've said before that some of us have to work for a living, real disgusting, dirty, messy work. get on a ward where a few people start vomiting, urinating, defecating, crying, shouting, screaming, bleeding and ultimately dying. i've had my fair share of all of that recently and all i'm trying to do here is make a few quid for myself and my children. anybody here doing anything to destroy the sentiment of this share needs to seriously have a good look in the mirror and ask themselves just what sort of human being are you? i hope to god their parents are dead because if i found out my kids were doing this for employment or kicks i'd be deeply ashamed and would wonder what i did to make them do such things. yes, i'm angry and fed up.
i don't expect this post will stay up too long. the weasel, mealymouthed pasty faced tw@.t5 don't have the stomack for such comment but they're quite happy to destroy someones investment.
think on and and think about that dry proctoscope. i'll be the one in the mask and smiling, not that you'll see it.
art (remember karma's a real biatch!)
Hello AGAIN my lovelies!
My last post was taken down as it obviously upset some of the sensitive souls here. Look, I work my guts out in hospitals, private and NHS literally up to my neck sometimes in blood, sweat, urine and faeces. It's not pleasant, nice or comfortable but it has to be done. It is also not particularly well rewarded either for the NHS staff (fortunately I am agency). I also have to deal with people dying and not recovering. It is difficult and after many years it wears you down. So, when I come out with a few choice words and phrases to reflect how I feel about the people who are doing their very best to damage my investment, my future well do not expect me to be polite.
I like the knowlegeable, positive posters here and I also like the genuine posters who may not be so positive but at least give honest opinions. I shall continue to watch but from now on keep my distance because it really is a waste of time myself expressing any opinion here. I may reappear once the JV is announced or not as the case may be.
Art (who wishes you all the very best)
Hello my lovely panamabob!
I filtered the oxygen thief that is 'newlunar' some time ago. He, she, they (Ha!) was a 8ellend then and I guess a 8ellend now.
'sic semper erat, et sic semper erit' (posh innit! That's an all girl convent school edukashun for ya!)
Art (who cannot wait for all these small bond holders to sell up and 5od off!)
Hello my lovelies!
Well, it is a glorious evening here on the Norfolk coast and I hope it is where you all are too. I logged into the site this morning and I will not try to pull the wool over your eyes but I was quite upset with seeing the stock down 11%. I know they say that you should not get emotionally attached to a stock or investment and it has been my downfall with previous stocks I've held but I feel a very close bond with this company, so it hurts a lot to see what appears to have been done to it. The last week or so has been particularly hard to watch and I'm sure that I'm not the only one to feel like this. So, it was very good to see a recovery, however minor today. Maybe games are being played by MMs or shorters or whatever, I don't know BUT what I do know is that the fundamentals of this company remain and they are getting stronger and better every day that goes by. I believe this to be true.
Thank you to all the positive, honest and genuine posters out there (even if I disagree with you on some points) but particular thanks to Shouston and Tiburn. The last post from Tiburn is especially noteworthy because it gives an honest and positive promotion of the company as it is currently. We all know there are negatives too but is it very important to get a balanced view of the stock from a positive stand point. we know about the debt, we know about the Bond holders, we know about the bl00dy bad weather that affected production for a while and of course we know about the Sage Grouse and other creatures. WE KNOW! As investors we need to concentrate on accentuating the positive. Just my opinion of course.
I'm going to give it the time it needs, top up my holding where I can and hopefully take a good profit as and when it happens. I suggest you all do the same too if you can.
Art (who hopes the other Art's fingernails are in better condition than mine, Ha!)
Hello my lovely Shouston!
I completely agree with you that recompletions are key to many things at the moment and when the re-evaluations of reserves occurs that will tell us a lot more than we know know. Whether the JV is dependent on this I don't know but the RBL certainly is. I really hope that the JV will be of such magnitude that a RBL is no longer needed and that COPL in effect becomes debt free. Time will tell.
In the meantime the sp is at a bargain price. I cannot believe what an opportunity this is going to be for some people. All I will say to anybody that is invested is that 'when' it gets to £2/£3/£4 or even £5 please take some profit and don't be greedy!
Art (who is hoping the other Art is nearly ready to give us the good news that we have all been waiting for!)
good afternoon my lovelies!
at this bargain basement price the subject line tells you what i think. it is not advice but just my opinion having looked at the asset, current and possible resources. coupled with the fact that a jv is in progress waiting to be finalised and presented to market.
@eazy, thank you for the update re the production increse from the well conversions great news! the ggs will take a little time to complete but once it is done the well production will be 'cookin' on gas' 9probably the wrong phrase to use, ha!)some people here seem to think that all this work can happen overnight and that mr millholland can just wave a wand and it is done. he's called arthur millholland not bl00d.y harry potter! these people should understand that this is a lot of work for a small company with limited resources and it is one of the reasons why copl need to complete the jv.
i believe the next six months will be the most important period in the company's history. what can all the invested (and non invested) expect? well, i'm not sure if it will happen in this order or whether it will happen all at once but we know that the company will:-
1.change name to reflect the asset facts and to appeal to a north american sharebase.
2.consolidate the stock 'up to' 1000-1. i'd be surprised if this was in reality any more than 200-1 and more likely to be 50/100-1. again this will enable the company to relist onto a suitable north american market and again appeal more to us investors who are suspicious of penny stocks.
in the meantime oil production rates should with a bit of luck increased significantly to boost the company coffers and with that increase interest in the company. we know that there is interest already in the company and it's considerable assets (like me, ha!) because there is a jv 'in progress' and near to completion.
one morning you'll wake up (hopefully, ha!) and find that the company has suspended trading and that there will be a 'special company announcement' later that day. that news will be huge! the great news for me will be when the stock re-lists, rerated significantly from where it is now and give all the miserable, whinging ****s the opportunity to 5od off from here and plague some other poor company week in-week out, hundreds, nay thousands of posts of negativity, some subtle, some not so. that will be a wonderful day for all who have had to put up with the 8ull5hit that has all pervaded this board. halle8loodylujah!
i'll give it a break posting for a while, at least until the name change and consolidation. if it's not done till the autumn i hope you all have a great summer full of happiness and joy.
art (who wonders if she can justify opening another bottle of gin before the week-end. i wonder what the other art would do?)
Hello my lovely SteveV!
To answer your question very simply it should be much improved by the end of the year but more importantly in 12 months it 'should' show significantly higher output. With work ongoing with the pressure issues and the gas gathering system this will show as increasing production. I am confident in the abilities of the COPL team to achieve this.
As to the AGM it went as I expected re the name change, consolidation and keeping the current BoD. It would have been good to have heard more about the JV situation but I am confident that it is near to completion and that good news will arrive soon. You never know, maybe ExxonMobil will give something away in their AGMs (tomorrow?) particularly with regard to M&A and CC&S.
I would really like to see COPL make an effort to improve comms. it is an area that they are lacking in expertise and they need to up their game. There are plenty of agencies out their who could 'raise their profile' as to the assets and potential they have.
Let's see how the market reacts tomorrow!
Art (who is going to bed as she is knackered... and that c.ock will be crowing again at 4am AGAIN!)
I predict a very interesting Q3 & Q4 with losts of game changing news. Hopefully WTI will not drop too much more and I predict an end of year price of $85/$90 bbl.
Good evening my lovelies!
Well, I hope you all had a peaceful and happy weekend and bank holiday.
What a great post from Danielm89! Very up beat and full of positivity. I've always acknowledged that investing in COPL comes with a risk. Probably a number of risks. BUT the upside has the potential to be huge so I'm prepared to balance the 'risks' against the chance of a huge reward. I've heard some people talk about being happy with 25p. Well I'm not! And I'm sure somebody who's been here a number of years wouldn't be happy with that either. The company would have to be valued fairly for the benefit of ALL shareholders.
Mr Millholland has come in for a lot of stick on this board and some will say rightly so. Personally I don't believe he is the villain in this pantomime at all. Is he any good at PR and exciting comms? No, he's shiite (I believe he could be Schofields PR agent but I couldn't possibly comment, Ha!) mr millholland is a bl.00dy good oilman though and a bl.00dy good deal maker SO that is exactly what I'm expecting over the next 6 to 18 months.
I'm really excited about this company and with it's assets and potential so should all of you. Here's to a productive AGM and i'm sure there will be lots to talk about!. will my screen be full of the GBB? who knows but I'm hoping to hear more from Danielm89, another poster from a few weeks ago who gave a lot of positive information on COPL (sorry I cannot remember your name) and Tiburn. Where is Tiburn? Is he on holiday?
Good night!
Art (who is feeling as exited as an exciting thing in xcited town, hoping the other Art is nice and calm and getting his beauty sleep, Ha!)
