Interesting link that. I googled Georgina Energy and it turns out they have been 'planning' to IPO on the London market for quite some time. If you scroll down there are articles from as far back as October 2019, as well as more recently from May 2021 as well as both 2022 and 2023 all stating that Georgina Energy was due to IPO imminently.

How strange. The management must be blind not to have noticed what happened over the last year or two with HE1. If that wasn't enough for them to get a move on and get their interesting prospect listed then they must be daft too.

Personally I was under the impression that the copper that they are drilling for is at depth. From the earn-in agreement RNS dated 25th September 2023 it says:

One of the presentations I viewed recently stated that the high-grade copper was found at a depth of between 1800 and 2000 metres. Why they would even expect to find anything at a hundred metres or so is quite beyond me and nothing to do with this current drill. I think that the recent pictures of the first core extracted was purely to show that the drilling is under way and nothing more.

Talking of 'clogging up the board' when I click on 'news's' user name it says that he (assumed) has posted a grand total of 479 times on the RRR - Red Rock Resources - board over the last 30 days (and only 17 times on the TYM board). Considering how long and detailed some of his posts can be that sounds like serious overkill. And it is not as if RRR is even the least bit exciting (neither now or at any time over the last god knows how many years - well at least 10) or that there is anything of great importance going on with the share at the moment (unlike here).

We appear to be lucky here so far to have had only the 17 posts (though some of those were quite long enough to be worth about 10 of anyone else's posts) and on reflection (and not knowing in advance about his 'out of control posting addiction') I think that my brief well-mannered request for him not to 'clog' up this board, especially during such a sensitive period, is not only far from being out of order but very sensible and well-timed. Let's hope it works!!!

Once the drill has reached TD, or at any time that Kobold and TYM may announce a discovery, then that will be the time to post as much as he wants but right now with the drill already underway this is not the time to start 'spamming' this board with lengthy posts and detailed technical info.

And incidentally, for Torino's information, I have only posted 44 times on the CRCL board over the past 30 days - so 64 times in one day was obviously a gross and unnecessary exaggeration.

News - I have read many of your posts over the years, going as far back as SOLG (at least 10 years ago). Back then you posted the same very long but very well-researched posts. That prospect was a success, though they did have prior drill results which indicated that there was more than a fair chance of the drill hitting the copper/gold target.

More recently you posted the same long and well-researched posts on the Power Metal (POW) board when they drilled the nickel prospect at Molopo Farms in Botswana. That unfortunately has not proved to be a success.

Even more recently you posted a lot of similarly long and well-researched posts on the Empire Metals (EEE) board before their drill at Pitfeild where there was a strong copper prospect. They didn't find any copper but came up with a huge titanium deposit, though that didn't appear to have any interest to you.

As far as I know, Tertiary's acreage hasn't been previously drilled so there are no drill intercepts to show that the high-grade copper deposit will continue into their acreage nor has there been any seismic or similar to indicate a continuation of the prospect. That means that this remains a purely speculative drill.

The good news is that TYM have a very efficient and well-financed partner, who is likely to get this drilled quickly so there will not be too long to wait around to see if this is going to be transformational for Tertiary but in the meantime there is certainly no guarantee of success so the less rampy posts the better please.

As I said in my post earlier Tertiary Minerals and Patrick Cheetham in particular are massive underperformers - hence the £2.5M m/cap - and it will be as much a surprise as anything else if this prospect comes good. But with no previous drilling of the TYM lease and, as far as I know, no seismic or geophysical surveying it is at the moment just wishful thinking.

Fortunately, it is wishful thinking on Kobold's part and they have the deep pockets to give this a good go but I still won't bother to get too excited unless or until they make a discovery.

It is one thing to be excited but another altogether to hit the high-grade copper.

If you had bothered to do as much research into Tertiary Minerals as you have into Kobold and copper, you would realise that TYM have been listed on AIM for around 20 years with Mr Patrick Cheetham in charge for the whole time. During the 20 years, they have done nothing except raise lots of cash to pay the wages, while they have pottered around on various projects in Scandinavia and the USA, achieving next to nothing along the way and having more than their fair share of bad luck - in as in the Storuman Fluorspar Project in Sweden.

This is a quite remarkable prospect for such a small company and IF the copper continues onto TYM's acreage YES It will be transformational BUT there is no guarantee that it will and after following Tertiary's progress from a distance over many years it is not one I would put my money on in advance.

Please be a good fellow and keep all of your well-meant but badly timed research to yourself for now until we get some results from the drill, at which point we will all be able to see if Tertiary and their long-suffering though adequately paid Executive Chairman not to mention the shareholders are going to get a remarkable change of fortune.

News - you are a bit late finding this share and prospect and while all of your posts are obviously well-researched and I am sure quite genuine, this has all been discussed already.

No matter how much copper has been discovered next door to Tertiary's acreage, it doesn't give any value to Tertiary unless the copper continues into their land and unfortunately, nothing is guaranteed. The drill is now in progress, most have derisked here and are quite happy to wait and see if copper is discovered. Why don't you just do everyone a favour and keep all your thoughts and research to yourself for now until we get some drill results. Then, subject to there being a continuation of Kobold's copper, you can come up with all of your excellent research and posts and no doubt they will all make sense but otherwise you are just banging on and being very annoying while everyone is quite happy to sit around for a few weeks to see what the drill results come up with.

Yeah, CRCL can always forget about the blocks in Angola - they just haven't worked out as planned - and head off across the South Atlantic to acquire some fantastic new assets in Brazil. Watch the share price fly.

Another totally inane post. Can't you read? The bloke - Scott Gilbert - was the co-founder of Apex, who were originally awarded the blocks in Angola which Apex sold on to Corcel. He was there before Corcel turned up to buy the blocks from Apex.

Don't blame me for the low share price - and even that is continually being 'bumped up' by the management with 'premium placings' and silly 'Put Option' transactions at over double the current share price.

I expected TO-14 to be a no-brainer and to flow multi-thousands of bopd alongside everyone else here. The no-flow result has been an absolute shocker, which has not been helped by the total inability of the BOD to accept that things haven't quite gone to plan.

Very big and expensive-looking BOD -- unless, of course, they have all agreed to work for zero salary (alongside agreeing to buy placing shares at a large premium to the current share price).

I believe that the 'very positive news' expected was concerning the flow rates of TO-14 which actually failed to materialise - so far at least.

Never mind they still have the option to head off across the South Atlantic and acquire some proper new assets in Brazil. Maybe that is where the unicorn is hiding.

I don't think that the news from Riversgold, the earn-in partner in the Northern Zone gold prospect, was reported here or by ORCP in depth.

I would have reported your rude and derogatory post and had it removed but as that would have probably removed the whole thread which would have then removed all of my posts there was little point.

The wording of the last sentence makes it 'sound' as if Jennings and co have now sold out completely, though, in fairness, this is only an assumption.

If TO-13 fails to flow the share price won't be at the current level for long. Oh, but don't worry, there is always TO-14 - surely that will flow the second time around, or else why would they even bother to go back and try again (if they do)?

R Jennings has/have done alright though.

Maybe it is because I prefer to buy on positive news - ie. flowing oil with flow rates - rather than just on how many shares the management owns. It seems to be a safer strategy these days.

Now I know the meaning of the phrase 'The blind leading the blind'. Or rather, in this case, the 'dodgy' leading the blind. And I hope that Karam doesn't know anything that the market doesn't know, as that would be tantamount to insider trading. It reeks of a rather silly and desperate action to try and bump up the share price at any cost.

It is certainly 'good news' for anyone who wants to derisk at a slightly higher share price than yesterday or the day before. After all, so far TO-14 is just a failed flow test.
