Even if you add up the holdings of the first 5 holders listed on the website, who are it would appear all linked to the delisting, it only comes to 48.86% which is still well short of the required 75%. While this doesn't fit with the recent RNS that stated that the concerted parties had 'received irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Resolutions representing approximately 35.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement) it does though make sense as if you then include the 1.6 million shares already held by Move Fresh and then take Move Fresh's holding up to 29.99% that would then secure the 75%.
A lot will have depended on how the market took the announcement last Friday. If it had been more or less ignored then Dorren and co would not feel much obligation to increase their holdings as they would no doubt be able to secure the required majority. However as the market has shown interest in at least making sure that they pay a decent and sensible price for the company (including the £3.5M + cash that is valued at nearly 5p a share) then the management will have to take the shareholders seriously.
Until the point where Dorren and co have the support of 75% of the shareholders they will have to believe that their attempt to delist could fail.
There is still over 3 weeks to go here and plenty of time for some TR-1's to come out.
