We have been told by the Nomad “Massive “ Divi it has been in the RNS that a Divi will be paid and we keep our shares going forward
The deal will take as long as it takes for the best deal I would sooner have a larger Divi in a month or 2 than a smaller profit 6 months ago
What is not to like about this share

Had to put my X3 into the garage last week as thought the transfer box was on its way out but they have just called to say it was the lifetime oil in the sealed box that had gone like treacle so split it cleaned all the old gunk out and filled it up with new oil and as good as new so I thought got a thousand pounds left so a nice 5k shares at 20.55

No problem at all, she is better when we are abroad so I have even suggested selling up and moving to the Canaries but she would miss the grandkids too much

The Asthma is not so much a problem or worry but when she clutches her chest and I have to run to get her GTN spray that’s a worry
And I do not think that her doctor would like me to start giving her anything else, also have you read some of the side effects

I am happy with that as not done much exercise for the last 30/40 years definitely not Lycra brigade would look like a dead Walrus:) not much overweight 14st 9 for 6 ft and nearly 63 I don’t like road biking so prefer off road. Also I don’t get much time as only weekends and busy catching up with jobs around the house or away in the van relaxing, the wife has had 2 strokes and has Angina and Asthma so she is my main concern in life as you never know what is around the corner
Need this to come in so I can retire and spend more time enjoying life

Bought an electric mountain bike a few years ago as could not ride my normal bike for long without my knees playing merry hell, best thing I ever bought they are definitely worth it I can normally do about 100 a month now, stacked it over Sherwood Pines a few weeks ago and done my ribs in so about another week and should be fine to get back out

Ok so a really stupid question
I have all my EUA shares in ISA so does it matter for tax purposes whether they pay out or if held on account till I wish to draw it out, is it all still tax free

Just managed to get my top up at 19.78 not a lot compared to many on here but just like Tesco “ every little helps”
Now a nice Divi and now a round number it’s easier to work out how quickly I can write my resignation letter:)

I have had a house sale take 7 months years ago and that was for £59k so a billion dollar deal should take more or someone is not doing their job properly
Get a nice top up today and not sold a bean in over a year as this is only going one way
The sale would have been good but a nice Divi each year as a pension top up is better in the long term

Blue sailing today would be a feel good factor but the Divi is what we are all waiting for
Billions and other types of drongos are some of the most clever people on this board as they know how to wind people up and get replies. I have green boxed many but just do not reply to any other disruptive posters
RNS after hours today would be a great weekend but think that it will be after the AGM don’t care as will be topping up this morning to make a nice round number

Great RNS yesterday it answered a lot of questions and the progress on the sale, they cannot tell us everything yet but was happy with what they did say especially the 75% confirmed
There will be some people who will moan that it did not say everything but that’s their problem, glass half empty or half full

On their page they list their transactions and on the 27th May they done a $20Mln deal for a company called "Flux Power" as link

these are a Lithium Ion Battery company so they have a vested interest in getting all the metals they want at a good price

This maybe a vague link but the dates/ prices and requirements all line up, if anyone has anymore details please post on here.

After the RNS today this gets even more positive and glad I have kept topping up the deal and "Massive Dividend" are very close now, I can nearly smell my resignation letter

At least 75% of 10bln so 7.5 bln to us share holders is about £2.25 not bad for a Divi
I could handle that and say a big thanks to the Board for making it happen:) :) :) :)
