Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Overall, as it was an interview probably good few would not know what was said in it.
When above, is released & confirmation $2.5M is in the bank then trading would have thought should reach high 0.20s/low 0.30s. Maybe slightly higher.
CEO answered that on what he thinks that is the spreading of raising of funds when that has not/will not be happening.
He did also mention ex Cairn being with JV partner.
If anybody can repost link for interview couple more times today & tomorrow then that might help get few more interested.
Just had a green box come up. So must be vixen or the vegitable (carrot)
Cannot now see why many will not buy into Syn over coming days.
As cannot see anything holding it back now know. Very likely no more funding for 2024 & approval being in 3/4 weeks.
Big reason on approval being quick would be down to Syn's JV partner being an Indian company.
Post was talking about, is from oil on 17 Feb & he says exactly what CEO said on approval.
Very positive interview & on there very likely no more fund raising for this year, is what briefly mentioned.
On the GOI approval likely being within 3/4 weeks that was mentioned by a poster few days back, as he mentioned that he had emailed/talked with the CEO.
Even taking into consideration the sell of 85M last week. The selling that has gone I believe is not just normal day to day trading.
Another waste of space for the filter
Agree
Normally with a fairly high % of shares from placement they are forward sold before official notice is given on them being issued.
There though still would have been some left for last week.
Sorry auto check
Piscator
Overall the ones involved in that placing would have made a very nice looking high % profit on just waiting for the JV signing.
Picador, Monti & Got
Thanks for excellent info on SN & Exxon
Monti
Thanks for detailed reply & along lines of what I was thinking.
Will say that I would think on SN being the main creditor then he would have the power on making payments to other creditors. Cents in the $.
As SN as a creditor then would that give him a reasonable chance in agreeing to pay say 5 cents in a $ & buy back the part of Frr that just been put into liquidation?
On funds would think furthest he can go is too say along lines that I am hopeful of not raising until 2nd half of 2024 or maybe hopeful of approval from GOI over next couple of months.
Once interview is out then maybe put a tweet out on briefly what is said. If there is anything substantial.
Tot & Monti
Thanks for interesting posts.
On what you mentioned Monti on SN being one of the main creditors to Frr that would make much sense, as they have stated SN (Frr) are in talks with Deloitte & this would give SN a front seat.
Many not any
