Overall the ones involved in that placing would have made a very nice looking high % profit on just waiting for the JV signing.
Picador, Monti & Got
Thanks for excellent info on SN & Exxon
Monti
Thanks for detailed reply & along lines of what I was thinking.
Will say that I would think on SN being the main creditor then he would have the power on making payments to other creditors. Cents in the $.
As SN as a creditor then would that give him a reasonable chance in agreeing to pay say 5 cents in a $ & buy back the part of Frr that just been put into liquidation?
On funds would think furthest he can go is too say along lines that I am hopeful of not raising until 2nd half of 2024 or maybe hopeful of approval from GOI over next couple of months.
Once interview is out then maybe put a tweet out on briefly what is said. If there is anything substantial.
Tot & Monti
Thanks for interesting posts.
On what you mentioned Monti on SN being one of the main creditors to Frr that would make much sense, as they have stated SN (Frr) are in talks with Deloitte & this would give SN a front seat.
Many not any
Not all the time, but as the JV has only just be signed a few days ago then feel that is best at the moment not to start thinking on what might go wrong. Otherwise any would never be in a positionve frame of mind, as far as Syn is concerned.
Will just add that the preperations for the 1st drill will likely be before approval. So when approval is given Syn & its partner will be ready to get on with the drilling.
All enjoy w/end
Now the JV is signed then cannot see at the moment any point on thinking what might go wrong.
The signing of the JV was the most important positive news for a very long time. So just think on the positives.
Now that a JV is signed with an Indian company would not think the GOI would want to delay the commencement of the first drill.
One other bit of news that can be released before/after approval is the start of preparations for 1st drill.
It is what it is hoping for, but going on the bounce back to where s/p is now on couple of occasions & interview on Monday then would think very unlikely.
Would think within 24hrs of interview.
Overall agree.
Now the JV is in place then cannot see how the s/p will not rise by very nice looking %. Especially once drill commences & would think preparations for the 1st drill should start soon.
On the commencement of preparations would be great if that can be confirmed in an Rns with some sort of timeliness to 1st drill.
Rns on GM was posted by Gordon earlier
Going on last sentence would think tha GOI approval will come within few mths.
Maybe use a different heading & also try to drop posting on raising funds when it is not happening at moment.
AGM, is not until around Nov
Think it was mentioned.
Would be very positive to have it, in an Rns though.
