Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
true - PE would halve if share price didnt move. I was badly expressing the opportunity for PE to easily double with a greater share price on the back of larger and longer term earnings.
In brief there is a plan to add 25000 tonnes of copper of the bottom line over the next 3 years which effectively doubles the PE ratio. Not currently in the share price so a fairly safe double bagger over that time period.
The positive take on the last few weeks is that an II sells 3.5% of the stock and nobody gets spooked and the MMs put the price up.
why do you think someone bought the shares other than the MM's. MM's set the price down to buy over the week and now flipped the price back to make a lovely profit when they drip the share back on the market.
you can add to the same ISA...the banking application should only let you add to the max allowance every year anyway
The copper alone could add £100m to JLP earnings
Todays P/E of about 6 can easily double with :
metal prices moving,
project elephant elongating the resource pool
more processing capability,
any new deals,
plus money in the bank helps with the stability
30p by this time next year?
They want stability...There is a history of mismanagement and dilution
I'm happy - -I sold £25k worth of my 3m last week @16.5 to utilise my capital gains allowance. Have been waiting for the tree shake and happy to buy back in today @16.28......expecting the RNS on the new processing capability tomorrow
....you normally have to pay to remove waste :)
would leon and colin sell for 13p if they had sight of big news around the corner?

Its been a rocky road to Zambia via Australia. We suffered a Hernica along the way and got bad case of the Tjates but we made it.
I have followed JLP for 10 years and have given them a lot of grief for many year but today I doff my cap to Leon who has done a good job of moving JLP into being a serious player. I still wish Colin would do one but as I am approaching a double bagger on 3m shares I am even beginning to mellow on the big 'C'
