Legal action31 Jan 2019 10:34
A few days ago, I read in the telegraph: "...consider taking legal action against the directors.... it goes in to say: shareholdershave no automatic right to recover losses...however, both company and the directors could be liable if the business has operated negligently or the directors have breached their fiduciary duties.....meanwhile, under the Financial Services and Market Act, shareholders may also have a claim that they invested "on the back of misleading statements in published information". Folks, we've had more than our fair share here (no pun..not sure where to go with this..much the same as others, I have lost a great deal on false statements...and that goes for the two podcast clowns.
