This is very reminiscent of Gwik, the main issue is having your money tied up for possibility a few months for any deal to be done, I did alright eventuall with Gwik with there investments in i3E & cora gold but it was a long drawn out procedure and I'm not sure if I woukd want to go thru it again but this could be different, good luck guys.
