I don't think the offer price will be at a discount to that, I suspect a premium certainly no lower than Nav and anything up to 5p,
If you think about it why would they, you only have to do a average of Franks list to see what we think its worth, when Trin did similar the share price was suspended at 2.2p admittedly no shares where offered to the private investors because institutional investors took them all at 5.5p, just my take on the situation and I may be miles out.

Why would we not come out, the shares where suspended to prevent any abnormal trading while this deal was being structured and for no other reason, so why say that ?
