I have had some luck like being in and out of some at the right time like Vast, Thr, etc, lost £4k in Staff and never got my timing right with Mtro or Pdl but almost at evens now, Shg has bagged Solo and Aex are well up and well positioned, a few minor ones like geo and ffwd, are down but earlier in the year did well on Ophr and Omi, and up on the spread betting to, and this was going to be the year that I slowed down.

I don't play with big money anymore its to hard on the nervous system when its going against you,
I usually do indices but had a bad run on them so eased off for a while.

This was really volitile untill the last month now its really slow.

Just closed my spreadbet on Pdl, still have over £30k in shares, enough exposure in a diamond comp.
