Jim, I don't think Nat West hold shares, with respect you are trading the old fashioned way and they are only doing what you could do yourself directly ( they are just a third party, usually they could trade instantly but because at the time of you buying they went to a negotiated trade, had you have tried again later it would have went through .

He only sees value because he's underwater as many here are ( myself included but that link thing is annoying and unnecessary.
