Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
MEM on the 'non-news' front old chap, I think you're gonna be wrong.
There many news items 'in the pipeline'.
Gas pipeline connections/crypto on site, rig mobilisations and IMHO I think we're going to be seeing monthly cash flow/non-op numbers for the next few months.
Molotov, what was their prospective well target? 50 plus?
So a $2m drill cost per well and a $22m proven return?
3 more wells this year.
The foot is definitely being applied to the accelerator.
Volume accelerating nicely, and we don't even have the CPR yet...
The title of this thread is a tad misleading as Zephyr won't be "getting into Bitcoin mining".
It's a simple case of who best to sell the gas to.
A crypto company with a turnkey operation who can set up rapidly on site, or build that connecting length of pipeline to the gas grid.
Maybe both as there seems to be enough gas and demand is growing.
3 different times, never suspended :-)
Muggins the board is still waiting for an update as to what division of the failed Modern Water you used to work for?
You know, that company that spunked £100m of investors money, had five fundraises etc
I think the fact that Sproule are having to do a CPR for a "proof of concept" situation, with so many additional overlying zones, all whilst during a time of sudden increased demand and covid absences, can only lead to a longer consultation time.
Why on earth would would another placing be needed when the acquisition is generating enough cash to pay for itself within a year and leave money over for drilling!
Bonkers.
You've started your weekend early Setanta :-)
Can only see the delay as being positive (can understand nerves but they've got no connection to what's underground!).
If there was nothing to report back on, the report would have been completed in January!
Topped up another 100k to take advantage.
If you read the detail of the RNS's it's no longer the 'dollar shave' for everyone to use but it's being developed into a 'point of care' medical testing device.
from TU 11.01.2022
"Microtox(R) BT equipment was re-designed to deliver a portable medical device, mobile testing unit to process breath tests at point of care. Regulatory approvals for human diagnostic equipment are evaluated on final test equipment that will be used on humans. Therefore, roll out of the breath test is subject to meeting the satisfactory requirements of EU Regulatory approvals which will be carried out on the latest version of the Microtox(R) BT units. Further information will be provided in a future update."
This faces a long period of development/trials/development etc if it's to qualify as a medical device.
Totally agree with RB40, an unnecessary distraction like the BT. More spending meaning more borrowing and more share dilution.
They should be concentrating on sh*£ and skin until they have the surplus cash to do this kind of thing.
Unfortunately the nature of a BB is that the info gets buried time and time again.
GB has certainly attracted detractors but irony is that these serial complainants actually lose credibility by not being upfront and honest.
Vasc, bang on. There's a long history to MW before GB came over the horizon, most of it failure.
It seems that some involved before GB blame him for their downfall which really defies any logic to someone like myself who's been watching the MW farce since 2009.
Muggins you seem obsessed with how things are doing since GB took over whilst (not sure that you actually do) supposedly just carrying forward a ghost share holding from MW.
MW went from £1 to 1p while you were supposedly a shareholder, I don't remember you complaining???
MW went through 5 dilutive fundraises between 2017 and 2019. I don't remember you complaining???
MW spunked £100m of capital. I don't remember you complaining??
Now you just spend you time picking holes (more knowledgably and eloquently than gwoods I grant). It sounds more like the bitter resentment of one of the MW membrane division who felt so betrayed that GB didn't carry through on the initial negotiations to take the whole of MW or just buy the monitoring division.
Seems a sensible move from GB seeing as the membrane side was the reason for all those losses in the first place! And you it seems were likely part of that problem.
More rabbit than Sainsbury's....
There's nothing solid at all until that trial completes with an opening of an order book.
Then and only then, does this company have a future. The prospects for which will likely long be discussed against the costs and dilutive effects of the funding.
Bang on Nu.
I would hope that the Msys acquisition won't be done yet, as it's not essential and we certainly don't need more dilution.
So T.Rat you supporting someone who entirely posts negative about dvrg now? LOL
