1) Purchase completion of remaining Paradox 25 % with associated first tranche of 13,483,095 new Ordinary Shares from/to RSOC. (RNS 21-12-2022 “by end of January 2023)
2) 16-2 extended well test conclusion and data release. Last mention by #ZPHR RNS 21-12-2022 “The production test of the well is underway and production rates are stable and increasing in a measured and planned process. Production data from the test will be released at the conclusion of the test, which is expected in early January 2023.” Mention in TP broker update 20-01-23 is identical to research note 21-12-2022. But delays can be assumed from recent company statements regarding weather issues “significant weather impacts from the historic atmospheric river system flowing over and from California” on site.
3) 36-2 Well. #ZPHR decision to “select the appropriate operational path forward to complete and produce the well” RNS 19-01-2023. According to TP, decision is expected within 3-4 weeks (research note 20-01-2023).
4) Williston Q4 production update due mid-February 2023.
5) Investment plans update “Early in the New Year” RNS 21-12-2022
6) Investment decision and “second tranche of 26,966,189 new Ordinary Shares will be issued to the vendor upon Zephyr's final investment decision with respect to the contract award to a primary contractor to commence construction activities to make the Powerline Road gas processing plant operational”. No timing guidance given, RNS 21-12-2022.
7) Williston drilling updates. “An estimated 26 additional wells in which Zephyr has minority working interests are forecast to be brought on production over the next six months” RNS 15-11-2022. Also working interests in 6 New Williston Wells “The New Williston Wells are expected to provide a near-term production boost, having been spud in November 2022 and with first sales volumes expected in the first quarter of 2023.” RNS 21-12-2022
8) Paradox drilling timetable update “The timeline for drilling two additional wells (the State 36-3 LN-C9 exploration well and the non-operated Kirkwood Oil & Gas well targeting the oil-prone Cane Creek reservoir near the Cane Creek Field) will be determined after the State 36-2 LNW-CC has been drilled, factoring in infrastructure capacity and rig availability.” RNS 02-11-2022.
9) Pipeline permit for connection between 16-2 and purchased gas gathering lines. Applied for but no update as yet.
10) Q2 RCF review.
