Seekinvalue this has been mentioned several times already regarding the technical difficulties to be overcome foe getting this field flowing.
It would be useful though if you could provide a link as there may be some more data asking for an extension of the extended test as they are clearly over 30 days (or is the licence for working days??)

I cannot find any direct reference to be 100% sure of the current owner of the 'Paradox pipeline', but it would be strange for Dominion to sell up an entire package of assets in the area, just leaving this one pipeline and expansion project to Green River. Incidentally lots of documents/pages referring to gas in Utah have also been removed from their website.

Hence whilst being fairly certain that the asset is now in Wiliams' hands, and that this should simplify (not necessarily speed up) our export process, this has got to be the biggest topic of interest at the next CH interview/webinar.

The 'Paradox pipeline' was closed in 2019 by the Utah authorities due to its owner PEMC not complying with 'safe practices'.

This pipeline appears to be the one purchased by Dominion (referred to in several #ZPHR RNS) as part of their plans to offer retail gas supply to nearby Green River (cannot find a direct reference). Subsequently it appears to be part of the portfolio of assets which was purchased by Williams in Dec 2022.

The interesting bit is that Williams already owned the main pipeline that it connects to: "Williams’ pipeline tap near the Archview Resort northwest of Moab, Utah" again in the above article.

So now at least our BOD should have a simplified export partner situation but it's definitely something to question in detail at the next webinar.

I've been starting to look at the whole gas subject and this has all happened in the last 2 years.

The mind boggles. The market for gas is cooking.

Bubble, besides any technical 'closed period' on the test results, if they sell any hydrocarbons produced before 10-2, they have to give 25% to RSOC. The day after it's all ours.

My path of reasoning for 16-2 is simply this:

"Production data from the test will be released at the conclusion of the test" The production data is market sensitive, positive or negative.

After the start of the test they announced a deal to buy the other 25% of the 'business'...

Is it just possible that it's easier to go with weather delays etc and not rush the test end until after the transaction completes???

Indi the Paradox has a history of being a bit gassy, which is why the pipeline infrastructure is there in the first place. The oil can be trucked out.
As #ZPHR has signed up to ESG, the gas can't be flared and frankly I doubt we'd of got drilling permission without it, as 'standards' have gone up and there has been 'local' opposition to flaring not far away.
Secondly it would simply be a waste of $$$ not to gather and sell the gas.

This is exactly why I want to go through this again. Dominion is proposing an extension into Green River but that'll only add 3-400 properties.

There is a bigger export pipeline that was bought recently by Dominion.

The big question is whether the aforementioned come under the 'Questar' package of assets recently sold to Southwest....... takes a breath....

With the US SPR deficit underpinning the US oil prices and demand increasing for the US to export gas as well as domestic consumption, US energy is certainly a place of relative safety to me for the next couple of years.

It ties in nicely with the timeline for ZPHR which is why I'm overweight here too.

Good find KP. We've known about the 'project' since the beginning as it part funded the 16-2 drill but it's reassuring to read about its' wider, long term aims, regarding the fracturing research.
We shouldn't confuse the their project timelines with #ZPHR moneytisation either. As NoOneKnows correctly points out, initial sales will start in earnest when #ZPHR are connected to the gas grid.
This 'project' is about a bigger picture, the longer term vision of dozens and dozens of wells producing at maximum efficiency from the Paradox over the coming years.
That's the bit we as investors are here for.
It's great to be reminded what important collaborators we have on board with this enormous undertaking.

Spotting flaring is it seems a matter of timing luck and image clarity but it's less important now we know things are underway.
Cheers for the clarification SpArmada. The Powerline Rd contract will be a huge step forward to unlocking #ZPHR value when it comes, alongside the Dominion timeline.
I have a strong feeling that it's this 'known unknown' that's holding back more risk averse IIs from coming on board.

To me the most interesting things lately are your sightings of flaring at Powerline Rd and the 16-2 pipeline connection application. These are critical elements of our infrastructure necessities alongside the Dominion refurbishment essential to #ZPHRs really starting to move towards realising its full potential and shareholder value (especially as the Powerline Rd refurbishment contract has not been signed yet).

Any more sightings on these fronts?

And to our expert permit hunters out there, any sign of an application for the Kirkwood well?

Anyway, enough for now, off for a swim and beers.

1) Purchase completion of remaining Paradox 25 % with associated first tranche of 13,483,095 new Ordinary Shares from/to RSOC. (RNS 21-12-2022 “by end of January 2023)

2) 16-2 extended well test conclusion and data release. Last mention by #ZPHR RNS 21-12-2022 “The production test of the well is underway and production rates are stable and increasing in a measured and planned process. Production data from the test will be released at the conclusion of the test, which is expected in early January 2023.” Mention in TP broker update 20-01-23 is identical to research note 21-12-2022. But delays can be assumed from recent company statements regarding weather issues “significant weather impacts from the historic atmospheric river system flowing over and from California” on site.

3) 36-2 Well. #ZPHR decision to “select the appropriate operational path forward to complete and produce the well” RNS 19-01-2023. According to TP, decision is expected within 3-4 weeks (research note 20-01-2023).

4) Williston Q4 production update due mid-February 2023.

5) Investment plans update “Early in the New Year” RNS 21-12-2022

6) Investment decision and “second tranche of 26,966,189 new Ordinary Shares will be issued to the vendor upon Zephyr's final investment decision with respect to the contract award to a primary contractor to commence construction activities to make the Powerline Road gas processing plant operational”. No timing guidance given, RNS 21-12-2022.

7) Williston drilling updates. “An estimated 26 additional wells in which Zephyr has minority working interests are forecast to be brought on production over the next six months” RNS 15-11-2022. Also working interests in 6 New Williston Wells “The New Williston Wells are expected to provide a near-term production boost, having been spud in November 2022 and with first sales volumes expected in the first quarter of 2023.” RNS 21-12-2022

8) Paradox drilling timetable update “The timeline for drilling two additional wells (the State 36-3 LN-C9 exploration well and the non-operated Kirkwood Oil & Gas well targeting the oil-prone Cane Creek reservoir near the Cane Creek Field) will be determined after the State 36-2 LNW-CC has been drilled, factoring in infrastructure capacity and rig availability.” RNS 02-11-2022.

9) Pipeline permit for connection between 16-2 and purchased gas gathering lines. Applied for but no update as yet.

10) Q2 RCF review.
