Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Thanks Palm :-)
Is there a link available to the recording, wasn't able to catch it live?
Looks like Evan is worried about his short burning tomorrow with all these repeated posts ??
Tiny volume and general market nerves
My questions for webinar accepted by Celicourt today:
Re Paradox hydrocarbons
1) The company has already suggested "selling produced gas into the nearby pre-existing gas infrastructure". What permissions have been obtained/still need to be obtained to create this physical connection.
2) What plans are in place for the transferring the oil from Paradox to market? i.e. tanker or is a pipeline connection possible? Are permissions needed?
It would certainly suggest that they intend to stay with monthly updates for now instead of going to quarterly as intended.
Last production update was the 8th in April, so anytime next week possible.
minimum to Zephyr with current WTI prices over $100 a bbl.
And that's after taking off production costs of $15bbl (increased by $1 to allow for inflation since last RNS'd in Nov) and pricing the gas at 77% equivalent (last available figures Feb 22).
And that's before the scheduled additional Williston wells are included.
And obviously before any production from Paradox.
And the first $16m profit will be tax free.
It's going to be a bumper year.
"I certainly think getting production going from State 16 will shift the share price.I can't see it being that far away giving the time already spend on it"
With production from 16-2 a minimum of 1k boepd and unrestricted potential of up to 2k, it will double production overnight, and that's not even mentioning the other wells before year end.
IMHO just the infrastructure announcement alone will start to wake people up to where this share is going to be in 7 months time.
Not really Palm, without the CPR and the cash from Williston I'd expect only preliminary discussions.
I would expect an announcement pdq though if they expect to be pumping through it by year end.
Thanks duffs and Adon, and yes Evan, it would be material to the company value so it would have to be an RNS.
Lol Evan ya beat me to it!
V111JAS totally agree re the strange negatives, as you say, it looks like some are trying to extend the drop which is beyond brave.
Re the infrastructure "which we are doing right now" (8.28 in the interview) I would think they would have to RNS an appointed contractor but either way their build target is by the end of year when the 3 other wells will have been drilled.
I wonder if progress can be monitored by satellite?
As Whistler rightly picks up:
"16-2 ready to flow, just infrastructure to complete.
Next 3 Wells can be connected straight away as infrastructure will already be in place."
So by the end of the year there will be 3 wells flowing from the Paradox and possibly the exploration well too.
With 16-2 production tests running smooth at 1083 boepd (and potential for over 2k), similar wells will result in at least 3k boepd cashflow added to Williston.
That's more than the current M-cap annualised.
Looks to be staying high again today.
In the previous 5 working days over 124m shares changed hands. If we get another busy day today, that's virtually 10% of the company.
IMHO good re-basing for the coming news flow.
Malcy saying on twitter that the interview's been done and will be "out soon". Hopefully quicker than the CPR release;-)
Many times this share has been referred to as 'off the radar' on these boards when after the last few days we can clearly see it wasn't. There are plenty of mumbo-jumbo conspiracy theories being touted about the price correction but as I read it there are 3 main reasons.
1) We were fully loaded with short term punters looking for a quick rise from the much hyped and long overdue CPR.
2) The 5p Turner Pope investors. I'm not surprised they'll be cashing in ANY profit let alone up to 60%. I think I've witnessed 7-8 TP fundraises and this is the first I've seen bag a profit.
3) The long term rise from 0.55p. Anyone would surely be mad not to top slice with that level of profit.
Overall, I can only see this as a typical market over-reaction. No need for hype and we await the next set of news. If they stick with monthly production/cash flow from Williston then we should be in for a notable increase in revenues announced on or after the 1st week in May.
IG out of cheap stock, quoting 5.87 now, bouncing time?
There's no way that a large crypto operation will invest $100,000s in setting up an operation in the middle of the desert without a CPR in place to satisfy their bankers (yes they do have to operate in real $ too). The same goes for any pipeline connections.
Only now can they move to finalise any deals.
It was only from Williston if I remember the interview correctly. The period involved was before the Russian invasion of Ukraine bar a few days, so the real market rises have yet to reach the coffers.
I believe Paradox production is either on hold or limited pending decisions on hook ups/pipelines etc etc
what you talking about?
