I have a question : I have read in a few places that "fintech" companies P/e could be alot higher than 40 ?
I'm still fairly new to owning shares , could it start out at a lower number then go to a bigger number ?
Say start at P/e 40 then go to P/e 80 or more ?

Prior to this Q&A I'd averaged it out at 12.9 million per client. That was on previously given numbers.

SYME is targeting small to medium sized enterprises. It is aiming for an average ticket size for client companies of £10 million but it can accommodate inventory of up to £100 million.

Zamboni said there are opportunities for client companies in emerging markets in the Middle East as well as in Indonesia, North Africa and South America.

The company’s existing conventional offering is operational in several markets including Italy, Europe, UAE and USA.

@Napalm012, I think you need to do a little more in depth reading of what SYME actually do/offer. With comments like...

I do not see any strong companies needing/wanting the service on offer, its just not needed and no balance sheet requirement.

But for struggling/new companies, that's a different prospect altogether. As long as bad debt provisioning is sufficient/inventory valuations are correct and impaired correctly.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding SYME. For clarity, before the Company could apply to the Regulatory Authorities for the suspension to be lifted, both the Audited Accounts for the 12 month period ended 31 December 2019 AND the Interim Results for the Six Months ended 30 June 2020 were required to be published. This was done last Thursday 28 January and Friday 29 January 2021 respectively. With both these sets of results published, the Company was then able to request the lifting of the suspension from the Regulatory Authorities which we did last Friday. We are currently awaiting confirmation from them of when the suspension will be lifted and dealings recommence.

Good morning,  I  have a large holding in SYME and I am wondering if you can provide any information as to why they are still suspended and how long this might continue.
