@ miker444 , seeing the sp bobbing around. 43 / .44 I thought I'd sell some of my low avg shares and buy back in @ .39. It wasn't to be today. I've been slow avg down in a couple of accounts , both those now at .50.
I'm up to 37 mill exactly now.

With regards to Proof of concept, I'm pretty certain AZ has said in separate interviews SYME has already completed 2 transactions. 1 for wine and the 2nd for livestock. So for me I already know the platform works.

Did anyone pick up on some of the dates in the RNS ?
AZ and tradeflow must have been sure of the deal going through early on as their earn out dates are.....
earn-out payments covering the period from January 2021 to December 2023.
Also Tradeflow must have quite some business in the pipeline if its been valued @31 mill looking at business up until 2025 .
TradeFlow has been valued at approximately £31m by an independent valuation company. The valuation is based on the positive track record of funds launched, the Intellectual Property rights related to the proprietary digital platform ("TradeFlow+") and the TradeFlow business plan to 2025.

@Peakhope , that's correct re leaving shares as long as possible. 3/4 of my holding is in my sipp so can't touch that for a few years. 2 x ISA'S full, that leaves me around 5mil to cash in as the sp rises. Hopefully enough to keep me going.
P.S. my work pension was doing zilch , that's why I moved it into SYME.
