I Agree, he's probably in communication with his broker trying to work out the let down RNS.

I suspect some "good news" to be released in another area first to deflect investors' focus.

I think AB is already changing the narrative to prepare people for more disappointment, reading his last comments.

Because of all the failed promises and deadlines in the past, some people (at least him and myelf) will begin to fear the worst here, and with good reason.

The fall in the share price suggests that others may also concur, and are seeing this news as negative.

So we have a CEO who has missed many deadlines in the past, in a country not renowned as a bastion of democracy, saying "we're in a process to expedite settlement"

Yes 30 years, and what has been achieved apart from directors' salaries, pensions, plus expenses have been funded by shareholders in what looks like a typical AIM lifestyle vehicle?

If there was something of real value here a larger company with deep enough pockets to take it through to produuction would buy it out at the current low price, plus a bit of a premium.

The fact that nobody has announced an intent to do this sends its own message, IMO

I feel he will do a placing too, it looks like the usual MO for RRR, make the news look good and then as the punters get sucked in and the price goes up a "discounted placing" is done.

I think this company must hold the record for placings of any company I can think of, although happy to be corrected if anyone knows of another one with more.

I am happy to post on social media, but for official company announcements I like RNS because they are approved legally before being released to the market.

I don't invest as a result of a social media post, only a fool would do that. I don't have any "colleagues", just a lone investor commenting on an obvious red flag.

For the avoidance of doubt the company have never stated this in an RNS, which is the official way of communicating regulated news to the market. This requires the NOMAD to approve and legal sign off.

Social media does not require such steps so cannot be relied upon.

So why doesn't the company just state it's unfounded, and people would move on? It's so simple yet they refuse to do it, which makes you start to think why are they reluctant to deny it?

It creates doubt when the market likes to see certainty, so easy for them to dispel it yet choose not to. I think they need a new IR and proper advice over this just to resolve it and end the uncertainty. This is casting a shadow that need not be there.

Options are a one way no lose bet for management, and certainly don't "align with shareholders" at all!

They are the opposite, they reward management IF the share price rises, but don't cost them anything if it falls. THat is not "aligned" is it?

Only management buying in the market at the prevailing price is "aligned"

An option price close to the prevailing price in the market is not challenging at all, I would be more impressed if it was set at 50% above over 3 years.

As commercial production is slated for 2028, nobody can give you an honest and accurate answer.

If you could look into your crystal ball and see the tin price in 2028, and the shares outstanding, we could hazard a guess, but without this information we simply Can't.

That's just a news release with blue sky potential, but no particular asset.

What I mean is how are you justifying the market cap when the company has no actual assets?

How do you begin to evaluate its value? Genuine question.

May I address your points.

1) Maybe that deadline should not have been set given the issues you (rightly) raise about operating in the country? Why can't they issue a conservative estimate and over deliver for once?

24) I agree the lithium is "missing" because they have not informed investors hat has happened since making a song and dance about it being on its way to port.

(And we won't address the issue of the photo being stolen from a Japanese website to "prove" it's existence!)

5) You really are kidding if you try and defend this! By any stretch of the imagination "imminent" does not mean over 2 1/2 years. Regulations should not permit company's to use this word as it's too ambiguous, they should put a proper timeframe on an event, or say nothing.

This is not Solgold, this is RRR we are talking about.

This is not Fosterville either so no point in comparing costs like that.

People are allowed to post where they like, and to have value both bulls and bears should be free to express their opinions, that's how markets work, you buy and I sell, because we see a stock differently.

When people see a ramp, they are attracted to post their opinions for those that are not so experienced and may be sucked in, so they add balance. Long may that continue!!!
