Consolidation at 14p/share since when and whilst the sp has been in free-fall, the disgraceful BOD of this co have sat on their fat derrieres and other than continue to draw their over-inflated salaries, have done precisely nothing to enhance their shareholders value! and to ensure that neither existing or prospective shareholders are mislead by the 07:02 post below, there is in actual fact "no deadline" by which time 'big pharma' must, or will "make an offer" for OXP and to infer so, imo, deeply misleading. As previously stated via RNS by the Company, negotiations are ongoing between the Company and various prospective suitors and those will take as long as they take and if and when said negotiations are finalised, then and only then will an RNS stating so be released by the BOD of OXP.
