imo, that can only mean that the incompetent leeches (a.k.a. The BOD), who have added absolutely no shareholder value to this Cos whatsoever, whilst systematically emptying the pockets of loyal and trusting shareholders have at long-last finally done the honorable thing and deemed themselves to be incompetent and in so doing, have resigned en mass! Now that would be news worthy of an rns!

Witness here total and utter incompetence on the part of the previous BOD of this Cos - an absolute disgrace is the only way to describe the manner in which WHE has handled this whole fiasco whilst at the same time, treating it's loyal and trusting shareholders with both total disdain and utter contempt!

in respect of the information contained therein, I ask myself, just what were messrs Swinney (who has resigned as Managing Director) Strauss, Mitchell and Wetzker (who, incidentally have all resigned as Non- Executive Directors of the Company) doing whilst purportedly charged with the responsibility on behalf of WHE shareholders of managing and running this Cos? In answer to which, the only logical conclusion which I am able to reach is (if it isn't too much of a contradiction), that they were busy greedily protecting their own self-interests, whilst at the same time, were comatose at the wheel of the WHE Board! i just wonder if shareholders would have any redress in the pursuit of said Directors in respect of a legal claim against them for professional negligence/gross incompetence?

imho, these are the very last thing the BOD of WHE should, given the perilous state of the Cos, be pursuing! WHE is sitting on one of Europe's largest Uranium deposits, along with a potentially Cos making UCG project so, it strikes me that all the BOD's efforts should be focused laser-like on monetising and extracting the maximum possible return/value from these two projects on behalf of WHE's long-suffering shareholders!

great assets (UCG & UR), great location, along with massive potential so, the question I ask myself is, how has it all gone so horribly wrong for WHE's shareholders? The conclusion which, observation has led me to conclude is, imo glaringly obvious . . . a totally incompetent BOD just about explains everything here! Why not just sell the Linc shares which, you've tried to convince WHE shareholders was such a great deal at the time you 'sold us out' to Linc Energy without consultation and while your at it Matt, why not 'offload' our UR assets and once having done so, kindly return all proceeds to us shareholders (i.e. the rightful recipients) and having done so, you can then slip quietly into obscurity!
