SC and KOD28 Sep 2019 12:28
It appears to me that most of us are confused in interpreting the info disclosed so far by Kod.
Unlike any company looking to satisfy the market, KOD is not obliged to do so, as they have strong backer from the start.
This is clearly visible in going for land grab instead of showing concrete results to the market. KOD share holders are not used to fund raising because they'v being masked by SC large contribution for a while now.
All the negativity resulting from the fear of BA being in line with SC targets and serving his goals to lower sp and offer them a low entry level. This theory does not hold for a single reason: not all share holders will sell at a low level even if it is for a hostile bid. if SC has to start a hostile bid after the first day news will be public and sp will be in the skies. if SC has to offer 70m, they have to match the true value of the stock not the speculative value.
If SC say OK it is all good but it is not the right time for this, KOD will be forced to acquire funds for two to three year low operations period to increase proven stock. This option is not likely to hold, since we are at the most low level in the lithium cycle, any delays to make a kill now, will cost SC dear in the future.
all other speculation about dodgy dealings and mismanagement are mainly used by traders to lower sp for their benefit.
I repeat it again, don't count on emails to BA, he might be diplomatic in answering your call, but he is not allowed do disclose any sensitive information. Listen to the agm to get the right info.
I personally expect this to recover soon staring from Monday.
