kod liquidity is very small compared with prem, the larger number of shares traded here in one day is 120m shares. so 60m is an average trading day. this shows how small the number of volatile share in kod compared with prem.
most kod holders are long term holders and are interested in final production results. prem is plagued by a large number of small traders.

for fact , BA was not good with communication the last few months which led to the conspiracy theory taking hold.

No problem, waiting for FS, environment report, and a major cash input from a Chinese company who already owns 28%. The Chinese 'SC' are expected to finance production with £70m . subject to FS results. SC already signed an off take agreement for the output and they are ready to extend it to 100%. Good FS, means this will fly in no time at all. We have a backer, a customer but some people lost trust in BA , they are thinking they will buy kod for cheap. 'conspiracy type minds'.

I just wondering why he is so quiet 'chinablue'. he used to post daily unless prem is keeping him busy as he said he is a share holder there.

sxx, that is right, they went straight to jorc assessment mode but in local area, they could have spread drill every 1000m and got much bigger jorc but that need confirmation.

If you look at my last year posts, I did assess the jorc at 15M tons when I looked at the drills, it turns out to be 17M tons then. I remind you, I did say then that the drills are too close together. some of the posters then were banking of 120M tons or more. If you can provide me with a map of the drills and drills data I will be very happy to reassess the jorc. Assays and magnetic are indicators only they are not facts.

no I am not, aero-magnetic are just like Assays, they only effect surface staff, may be a bit deeper but not that mach, again I will give you an example: arcm got an exiting aero-mag survey few months ago with even ~ 3000 ppm as oposed to the normal 300 ppm. but drills showed few rich branches not worth that mach, so magnetic survey could be misleading if there are some rich branches but not large deposits which may not show that mach ppm.

geo or not, There will be always a difference between what you see at surface and what is underground, this is what drilling is meant to do, is to substantiate results from assays. of course they will try to maximize find from the first drill, they will try to define resource from the minimum number of drills in very limited area. That will not be always the case, but if the out crop is there there will be always a source for that staff underground. It is a matter of cost vs results and operational plans vs strategic one. A good manager will not sacrifice his strategic goals 'long term production' for the sake of proving as match resource as they can for actual production goals. I think KOD got its strategic plans right and now they have to support the production plans.
I haven't herd so far with a mining company that could get its drills targets in the right place all the times, Not a single one.

3) The Bougouni Project and recently acquired 200 km 2 Bougouni West project are located in an emerging lithium province that is already attracting the attention of investors and off-take partners interested in securing a long-term supply of lithium.
If they have only used three prospects to assess resources, and they haven't used the other 5 at all, given the fact that they have only drilled in limited areas in the three prospects . I do trust BA when he says we have significant upside..
Here is an example: the last prospect is 200 km 2 and they drilled few holes that did not show that match. This is not to say that this area is not promising, it is just the discrepancy between assays results and the real staff underneath. surface outcrops are not always in the same position as the deposit 'weathering effects'.
As I explained before, KOD went for extending the prospects to their name before any new comer grabs the land, they don't have enough time for extended drilling program to assess the whole area. I strongly believe this is a strategic move guided by SC to secure as mach resources as possible, then they will have time and cash to dig it later.

Loan vs cash for equity.
large loan from SC given that they already own 28% of kod seems to me a bit careless from their side. As if they are giving a lot of money to kod and sit and watch the outcome from a distance. given the fact they are the consumers as well.
I guess the second option is more likely to provide cash for equity and have more to say about production and management. Kod existing share holders still can benefit from profits 'subject to the negotiated price for new share'.

100% offtake does not mean sc owns kod, he may have 70-80% ownership of kod but
kod will get payments and SC get the share of profit if any. payments are needed for tax on profit to be raised.
it is a government requirement. Even if they try to maximize cost to reduce profit 'tax' then the gov will be checking that as well. we have two gov watching this, Mali and UK.

BiB, as I told you before, there is no need for you to respond, everyone knows what you have to say. You sit quite for a moment you sell your few shares, and you start de ramping again. typical 10% trader.
SC is going to fund the plant, we have more resources than what you think so sit and be quite.

we hope production for first stage before flotation could generate enough cash to prevent further need for funds. that will improve the sp to at least 0.60p and see the worst of share holders in black again.

I will describe it as one of two things,
£70m + for plant development till production.
or £3-£4 or more millions for two + years for further development till prices improve.
both fund raise could be settled at around 0.25p - 0.35p
the first option is the more feasible as it will be not wise for SC to wait till prices improve.
Kod is not likely to raise funds from the market, the last fund raise was a special one for locals and insiders.

BA is saying: SC was behind acquiring more land in this area by kod, to secure more supply in the future and prevent competitors to acquire a position close to kod.
You see how mach implication SC has with kod, and how much commitment to future development.
hence there is implications to support some of the results of this decision. This is why the next fund raise should not be based on market value as some are expecting here, and as I guess it should be strategic fund raise that will transform kod.
