In depression times the rate of business failure is very high. The value of stock is very low unless it is something like close to money commodities 'gold, petrol or any commodities that does not cost to transfer.

what insurance or guarantees can AZ present to banks to make them:

accept very high risk and low rewards. this is the issue we are facing. a strong insurance bill to the banker to offset the high risks.

These stock are usually at premises and need costs to transfer to a new user.

I know AZ won't give up but will the bankers let him part with the 2% cut? can you find the logic that may convince bankers to do that in this depression times?

I come to the conclusion that this business model was rejected by Bankers because it eats into their profit. It is a good idea from customer side but suppliers of finances are always likely to defend their profit. Syme is like that rejected baby in the Serengeti fields. No protection no friends. Still time to jump out as £7.24m mcap is still high for this company.

Unless AZ come with fast 2 - 3 billion finance plan, this will only go to sub £1m mcap waiting for the finish.

that is 26 years supply.

Mcap could be worth at least £24 million after the deal. that is x8

£100 to £10 is 90% loss, that is right but £10 to £100 is 1000% gain. that is not fair although you just returned your capital.

There is no smoke without a fire. The volume is confirming something big.

At the moment Russia vowed to sell high tech equipment to USA adversaries. That is a step higher in the tension between both parties in response to NATO sending arms to Ukraine. Europe will have its say only when they move away from USA or USA is fully defeated in that area. Those thinking they will strangle Russia did not consider how big is Asia as a market and technology hub. Two sided word is the order of the day at the moment.

we will be very clear about the outcome shortly. If we have strong partners and finance, we have to forget about clon past performance as new project management will include new partners and strict guidelines.

Volume traded today so far 2.2%. as expected the fund raise priced in waiting for the finance news to go up.

MrTriumph, I guess they know what is required. They raised this amount to keep them going for few months. Banking on the new ventures they predict sp to be much more higher when they engage in a JV for lithium. After that with a strong sp they can raise what is needed for the other projects. After JV on lithium I guess money for the plant will be available and hence sp will be much stronger.

That will happen only if there is a strong news. we still have to wait for the Bolivian authority on finance and stage 4 progress. don't forget the 29 May as the new shares will be available, although I don't expect them to sell any of them.

sp will wait for consolidation of news and new shares behaviour. two weeks in the same level.

Volume traded today still less than 4% given the 20% drop. Expect volume to dry out next trading day and if any good news this will make the ground up, ignoring the placing price. pressure will build up swiftly as there is no enough supply at this level.

For those thinking that the new placing shares being forward sold or are going to be sold soon at 10% profit, you will be kidding yourselves. at this turning point new holders are looing to multi-bag not just scrap profits.
