I expect him to spend until Friday assessing the commitment of any new JV and determining when he is expected to sign in.

1) If anyone is willing to do a JV with Prem in a few days, then George will delay the GM by enough time to reach a deal before facing shareholders.

2) If he loses hope in success with a JV as soon as he wishes, then the next GM will be called sooner, just enough time for George to prepare himself for resigning or seeking a reward for leaving his position.

so next Friday RNS will signal what change is going to take place.

It was obvious from the last RNS that George signaled 'you may be wrong about your decision investors' as I don't expect him to plead for share holders to lift their pressure.

any way He knows better about other investors around prem and their will to benefit from the deal under pressure.

or my ears are full of pig sh*t, since I did not hear the de-rampers when sp was 0.79p. we were dreaming of 2-3p but we did not loose everything. Now we can buy more if we stay aside longer. I guess 0.002p is the stationary price here.
