Despite my M&S Reservations it is nice to see a beginning of a recovery in the share price.

I wasn't looking for an argument, Just stating the obvious, That they have to resolved the dispute with M&S to allow this fantastic tech to shine.

Any of those deals signed after the M&S dispute was formally announced?

Ocado resolve their difficulties with M&S their share price will stagnate. Who would want to go into a partnership with a company with the slightest hint of a poor performance reputation.

Both Ocado and M&S both suffer greatly from this dispute, lets hope they are working to successfully to resolve this and move forward.

I was thinking the very same, But not as heavily invested here.

Tis share caught my attention this morning with the tweet announcement that they had gone into production. I was surprised to see the share price not react positively. Any thoughts on how this share might develop and is it worth a speculative investment?
