Looks like the suspension is lifted on the 9th on Aim then move to main list with all the new shares on 21st.. That's how I read it. Happy to be corrected.

Missed the RNS! Re-list 9th August. Placing is lower than hoped but never could see why this would be at a premium. Why would they? Moving forward, small number of shares with debt in future this could be interesting? GLA Aq

Hmm, Have to say today's RNS has made me a little nervous. Going into suspension takes away control of your holding. But in this game you have to go with you gut feeling and trust the directors we have. I would be happier if I knew they had skin in the game now not as well as in the fundraising. GLA

Morning Lotto, Interesting, so we can make a fair bit of profit before tax is due. Think next week will be very interesting. Result of fundraising and first investment announced. With debt raised against the new assets this will have some good gearing.
