Hi Okenia, In the RNS under: Further details of the Placing The Placing and Subscription are conditional on the passing of the Resolutions by the requisite majority of the Company's Shareholders at the General Meeting. Following satisfaction of all conditions and subject to the Placing Agreement becoming unconditional in all respects, application will be made to the Existing Shares, the Placing Shares and Subscription Shares to be admitted to Listing on the Official List. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings for normal settlement in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 9 August 2017.
