And this essentially ends the DAM health deal
For the UK
What does resolution two failing actually mean?
I accept your comments, but you can honestly say you believe it wasn't the BOD fault?
You have to be paid ramper to suggest it wasn't the BOD fault regarding the government contract.
They are 100% responsible for the signing of the contract and its up to them / the companies legal representatives to fully understand all of the terms of the agreement. I'd rather lose everything i've invested than continue to facilitate the BOD lying over and over to its shareholders
this is the actual contract, you can get it at:

Various shares you pop up on when there is a pump, MBO when it shot to over 50p in one day from around 15p (before a speeding ticket) is just one that springs to mind
As soon as Padmania arrives you know its a pump and dump!
Which group is saying this might be a possibility?
I suspect the fact these tests are ow for sale for private use, would indicate the control that expires on Feb 14th has either expired or the governemnt have finally waived their right to first refusal.
This could be a good or bad thing for ODX from the government perspective.
1. We can sell privately for a higher price and thus higher margin
2. If we dont win the Government tenders, realistically how many private sales would there be? globally i think would be huge, but at the moment we would only be talking UK and Europe based on currently gained approvals.
I personally believe we need the government backing as a companion test for the vaccines, so i am unsure how this could impact us going forward.
This is atleast the 2nd agreement Bruker have as they are also in an agreement with NCYT since around April last year.
Hi, I think this is certainly a possibility and would actually make total sense
See below my email and also response from Walbrook.
Dear Paul,
Thanks for this information, could you provide some comment on the letter from the DHSC in relation to the court case stating MHRA approval has been achieved.
This information would be extremely price sensitive and therefore needs putting out to the wider markets. First image is the top of the letter sent and then the second one is from later on within that letter

Dear .....,
It’s not really our place to comment on the letter from the Government’s Legal department that was sent on 2 December 2020. You should direct your questions to them if you have concerns over their statements.
The statement from the UK-RTC and the RNS announcement from Abingdon Health on 29 December 2020 (reiterated by Omega) made it very clear where they were in the process for MHRA self-test approvals and made it clear that this had not been granted. Nothing has changed since this announcement, which was issued by Abingdon Health in full knowledge of their obligations under AIM Rule 10 to ensure that information they notify is not misleading, false or deceptive.
Kind regards,
Paul
Not a holder here, however I int he analytical instrument industry.
Often when we sell high value items were perform a factory acceptance test (FAT) before shipping of the product. We then would commision and install at the customers site and then repeat the FAT test as part of the final acceptance.

He has around half a year to give us an update rather than half an hour. He's clearly been doing nothing/very little for the previous year and it looks like minal for Q1/Q2 2021!
I've lost access to my password and email for my other account, it was Krayzie27 for clarity.
It isn't a deramp, its an alternatice way to look at whats happening.
Im a holder of GeneDirve, but does anyone else get the feeling he seems to just be kicking the can down the road on every single product we have on offer?
I think the board need to be help accountable about lack of proactiveness chasing sales. His lame excuse that not being able to travel makes things difficult sales wise. I work in sales (scientific instrumentation) and there are numerous ways this can be overcome.
