Dean fair to say there is a split between those who consider PJ to be The Messiah and those who think he is just a Very Naughty Boy; the answer lies somewhere in between. What we do know is that PJ has invested a lot of his own money in the company, has added further to his holding at a time when he could have exercised his warrants at below market price instead, and is not afraid to make hard decisions to write off an inherited asset that he feels carries to much risk v reward.

There have been setbacks such as the weather impacted Canadian Silver exploration and there have also been delays and issues with the Molopo Farm drill and core logging, but across the Portfolio projects that have lain dormant with partners for months and years are now being progressed at pace.

The assay results for both Molopo Farms and Haneti should both be available before the end of March so not too long to wait and April will see a resumption of the Canadian Silver Mine exploration, and work to float RRAS on the North American exchange is underway.

One thig is for sure, PJ is a Chartered Accountant by trade and does not like to see money wasted; especially his own so unless project after project starts to disappoint, suggest you cut him some slack for now.

Dean, each time warrants have been offered on a one for one basis with share placing they have been offered at a premium to the sp at the time. For instance in the Dec 19 equity raise that led to the 0.7p warrant offer the sp closed on that day at 0.4p so only fair that asking big investors to risk their cash there is some additional incentive. After all, if pis at the time considered the company a cert to reach a position where the warrant price would be extremely attractive, there was nothing to stop them filling their boots at the time at the 0.4p sp was there?

I agree that sending off the Molopo Farms core extracts for assay testing has taken a lot longer than I anticipated; I wonder if there was some issue with logging the cores prior to dispatch as there was certainly a discrepancy in the reported depth of the visible sulphides between RNS updates. There is approx a 5 week lead time once assay samples have been sent using over company lead times as a guide so a bit longer to wait for that data probably. However, Haneti assay results will hopefully be returned Mid March as they seem to have less issue logging and dispatching the samples

Should have added that exercising warrants has brought £2,905,460.00 funds to the company which means that disappointing projects like Cameroon can be written off at £970K loss , new projects bought into an current projects funded without having to go back to the market on a regular basis like other small cap mining companies so not all bad.

James, I suspect Assay results are 5 weeks away (estimate for independent verification Lead Time) for Molopo Farm as the Molopo Farms update RNS on the 22nd Feb stated "An agreement has been signed with the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and selected quarter core samples WILL be sent to the University's Geology Department THIS week for mineralogical and thin section analysis."

Haneti results may be slightly quicker; from 26th Jan RNS "The successful completion of the maiden drill programme at Haneti is another positive step forward and with samples NOW DISPATCHED to the laboratory, we eagerly await the assay results.

Only downside in the annual report was the impairment charge for Cameroon following the recent decision to discontinue operations there (presentation slides yet to be updated to reflect the decision)

"Outside the main Board, Stephen Prescott joined as Chief Executive Officer of OptiBiotix's wholly owned subsidiary, ProBiotix Health Ltd in May 2019. Steve will step down from the Board of ProBiotix Health Ltd and leave the Company by mutual consent at the end of May 2020. Mikkel Hvid-Hansen, who joined ProBiotix as European Sales Director in February 2020 will take on an extended role as Commercial Director with Stephen O'Hara acting as CEO of ProBiotix Health Ltd."
