I would just like a clear statement of intent re profiting from growing sales from internal divisions as opposed to a woolly statement that in due course the divisions might become separate legal entities with the potential for investment or a public listing. Why would the company consider following the skinbio route for the separate divisions when Opti are just starting to make a profit, have an "asset light" model where partners bear the brunt of the manufacturing costs and have skinbio available as a cash cow in case money is needed and how would they ensure Opti shareholders actually received some value from any future sale?

elric, I think the real problem is that in the absence of a clear vision and mission statement no-one really has a clue what the company intends to do moving forward and why. Going onto the Optibiotix website provides no insight and they still have skinbiotix shown as a division of the company along with other out of date divisions under Investors/Corporate Strategy. It is simply not good enough

Sounds spot on Esta, seen the same with the Invesco sell-off of Open Orphan stocks having the same impact. As you state the recent RNS should have moved this above 3p, after all it reached that mark previously despite the threat of legal action at the time which has now been dismissed

Any news re a commercial launch of sweetbiotix will be the biggest catalyst for a share price hike; after all the original announcement in June 2018 led to a sp hike to 168p when investors believed its commercialisation was imminent.

The third drill hole at Molopo should have finished in time for the AGM on the 30th and Haneti Assay Results could well be released before then so PJ may well have a lot to talk about

Skid, re Dr Narbell, it is important to remember that his role was one of Managing Director, not CEO with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company not strategy. In respect of his performance, i would suggest that the Pre-biotics division has outperformed the Probiotix Health Ltd side of the house as evidenced by the 1300% increase in revenues for Slimbiome as opposed to 477% increase for LPLDL products, and hence Dr Narbell has performed very well. Strange therefore that the under performing side of the house remains without a permanent CEO since the departure of Stephen Prescott whilst the role of Managing Director at Optibiotix Ltd is now vacant and in all likelihood has been succeeded by a CEO role with responsibility for both strategy and operations.

I suspect Dr Narbell had his eye on the more strategic CEO position but SOH felt that Rene Kamminga was better qualified to succeed.

Skinbio share price has gone up 3.5 times since mid December whilst at that time Opti's price was around the 52p mark and hasn't changed at all despite the value of their skinbio investment rocketing; this alone warrants a substantial re-rate of the Opti share price. Mathurin, I found the same a few weeks back however, this is no doubt one of the clinical studies referred to in The Skinbio Half Year report and it is well worth noting the comments made re the probiotics used not targetting the specific pathways used by psoriasis when considering if it is ever likely to be a significant competitor in the future. Also, further scientific evidence if any were needed of the likely success of this current study.
From the half year report
"Current treatments include emollients for relatively mild disease, through to the biologic therapies in severe cases. For the group with mild-to-moderate psoriasis, the mainstay therapies tend to be steroid-based, which cannot be used long term and have side effects. Thus, there is an unmet clinical need for new, safer ways of treating patients with mild to moderate psoriasis. Anecdotal evidence from patients suggests that many of them have turned to oral probiotics as an 'alternative' therapy and report success in control of their disease. However, the effects of probiotics on psoriasis has been investigated in only two studies which did not make the choice of probiotic organisms based on known disease pathways.

Well it's all Greek to me. Regarding axisbiotix it is not being marketed as a drug and the wording does not describe it as a treatment for psoriasis and hence does not require FDA approval.
