Just declared 1,900oz/week on a trailing 4-week basis versus target 2,000/2,500oz so all to be played for here when they are expecting 100Koz/annum albeit at depressed $2,450/oz due to hedging arrangement which will be gone in 3-6 months and profitability will skyrocket

Would not surprise me if they are "throttling" production at Yan/Kou or both so things remain "difficult" but retain plausible deniability given current blatant attempt to takeover HUM on the cheap with proposed derisory offer. Anyone would think that this has been carefully orchestrated with new BoD who judging from Investor event were completely disinterested and obviously reading from scripts !

well bh is as good as his word albeit getting here has taken way longer than anyone expected waiting for the licences to operate to be granted. so what can we expect? as per rns

all equipment on site for pilot production by gravity separation

• pilot production will process initial batches of tailings brought from the omco mine site at

the olympic gold project

• when production has been established, a rod mill for crushing larger grades will be moved

into place, initially from a stockpile of mined ore at omco, and this will be crushed and

processed through the system

• first production in early december is anticipated by the operating partner

• the mill site has been constructed on a scale which will allow for planned chemical

leaching in a second phase

• a walk-through introduction to the mill site together with recent drone footage is

available on the company’s website

as a reminder gwmo has various historic stockpiles of tailings containing gold/silver as follows:

established an inferred resource estimate of 31,000 tonnes grading 1.6 g/t gold and 3.0 g/t silver in tailings associated with the omco mine at the olympic gold project.

additionally, exploration targets have been independently reported as follows:

· 3,400 - 6,400 tonnes grading between 0.5 and 1.2 g/t au and 1.2 and 2.1 g/t ag in the substrate beneath the tailings volume at the olympic mine.

· 9,000 - 12,000 tonnes grading between 0.9 and 2.4 g/t au and 2.0 and 5.1 g/t ag in a co**** stockpile at olympic mine.

· 4,200 - 7,700 tonnes grading between 40 and 140 g/t ag and 0.3 and 0.3 g/t au in spoil heaps at mineral jackpot.

Mt simple question is "why did it take them so long to realise they needed an experienced mining Exec? Surely they knew they either had one and sacked him or needed one and got that sorted 12-18 months ago??"

With gold at ATH $2500++ there is every incentive for GCAT to get this sorted as every oz mined is now worth $400-$500 more pure profit so whatever numbers are being run and/or funding being discussed it should be getting easier to close these deals not harder.

I just wish the auditors would pull their collective fingers out!

Very disappointing that Pasofino is looking to sell Dugbe rather than go for a JV and retain an 20-30% interest, but with the delays getting Kou ramped up and the extra debt taken on it seems very unlikely HUM could fund its current 50%+ costs in any reasonable timeframe without Pasofino diluting significantly to raise the balance of the cash or HUM taking a larger share or whatever combo

US debt $34T and growing at $1T every 3 months is unsustainable. USD/DXY is dropping and bond yields un-inverting on expectation of interest rates dropping which normally indicates a US recession is here pretty much confirmed with 800k US jobs revision downwards.

Gold thrives in environments of negative real yield, weak DXY, recessions and major conflicts (Ukraine & Isreal) so this looks like a full house to me so fully expecting gold to continue rallying to $3k+. IF China and Russia declare their real gold holdings or officially back their currencies with gold then all bets are off as gold will be repriced as western fiat currencies collapse.

US debt with 40% gold backing is circa $54k/oz based on stated 8,300 tonnes held assuming it is still there; UK debt/gold is about $120k/oz at 40% gold backing. This may explain why central banks are now buying gold hand-over-fist and repatriating their gold from London & US bullion banks. Gold to silver ratio is currently about 85:1 which makes silver historically super cheap which may explain why India and China are currently loading up big time.

Expect fireworks and a serious rerating of gold & especially silver in due course: miners are highly levered to metals price as we have found to the downside but any correction in metals price the other way will be explosive for miners MCaps.
