They are indeed expanding. Several new jobs on today, in addition to those already advertised. Notably, some are at the 'Newport office', a new one - presumably to drive the Welsh business with access to the South West over the Severn Bridge.

I agree - it wouldn't take much at all. As well as the excellent trading update we've had 3 contracts RNSs in last 6 months, over and above all the other day by day stuff. Could well get more RNSs by results, and maybe publicity too. Have a good weekend all. Cheers

Well, if it doesn't happen I think you'll have had the steak/lobster anyway. But everything been shaping up to the upside for months on end now, with, as you say, no change from where we were a year ago sp wise, despite what we know about cross selling and key contracts - in fact 4-5p less. But we have come from where Mr. Dickinson/Mxcp started at 53p or whatever it was, to 70p to buy. All fine, but I think surprisingly slow up by pi's taking everything into account.

After last 2 days there'll be an expectation of renewed effort with nobody immune. I imagine that may be felt more keenly in Australia by new manager where they'll be looking to open up new ground on the back of the new multi solution Wentworth contract. Must also not forget Kypera Financials been selling there for some time, and in fact predates housing, to businesses including accountants in the private/commercial sector. Now under the larger Castleton Brand, which should prove helpful. All being well, not only will the results prove the model as indicated in the trading update, after all it was stressed actual cash being used to pay down net debt, with targets realised and cash generation exceeding expectations, but by the time they come out we'll be streets ahead of them anyway, with a healthy outlook statement.

We are delighted to announce the new Structure for the Castleton Group. The overarching objective of the new structure was to simplify reporting lines and to have clear roles and responsibilities within the Business. We are pleased to announce that James Massey has a new role responsible for Product Strategy and will lead the Strategic Product Direction of the Castleton’s Solutions working with the Product Owners. Jimmy Rogers will now have overall responsibility for all Sales, Account Management, Pre Sales and Marketing. Soren Krarup continues in his role as Director of the HousingBrixx Business unit. Lynn Munro will be responsible for the Implementations Team and will now take responsibility for the Scanning Bureau. Tony Evans is responsible for Development and Support functions for all Castleton’s software solutions. Haywood Chapman continues to be responsible for Finance, HR and Administration. Paul Sexton will become Managing Director of the Managed Services Division continuing to report in to Dean Dickinson, CEO. Gareth Pierce will be the key Technical Director reporting in to Paul going forward. Kathleen Cain has recently been appointed as General Manager Castleton Australia. Kathleen (previously COO of Link Housing) brings a wealth of experience to the positon and we feel that Kathleen’s housing knowledge and management history will deliver a first class service to all of our Australian customers. Kathleen will also be reporting to our CEO. It will be an exciting next 12 months for the Castleton Group as we look forward to working with you all to deliver against our plans.

28m Castleton Technology‏ @CastletonTech Dev Manager, Tony Evans' plans include- innovative products, R&D, solution design, collaboration, team investment, enhancements No more than I would expect, actually, but it's reassuring that Mr. Dickinson is firming up on the structure as the company grows. The Castleton Conference was postponed last year following his appointment. I would now expect it to go forward with their enhanced solutions and development plans put in front of existing customers.

All good company stuff, structure, and emphasis I think around quality of service to drive cross selling and thereby greater profitability. Nice to see CEO getting personally involved. Mr. Fogarty was running things in Australia, now new boss there. And a new head of managed services. Think that's a new role.

Yes, that's the usual Hummy, but it would as you say be a sideshow at stage we're at. I think today Chris will be more solution specific, integration and that sort of thing. And they were going to release an updated 2017 Kypera beginning of this year. Perhaps also a little more news on Australia and the new GM. Busy this morning - catch up later. Interesting.

They're ' doing a Donald ' and keeping investors in the loop on Twitter. Much greater use now, and I'm pleased to see it, alongside the all important RNSs. Thanks to them for that.

Well said Hummy - in a nutshell. Not one to make future price forecasts, but one stage at a time, I can see that 90p just round the corner now.

Well, it adds an almost immediate £638k a year to repeat revenue, amounting to 3% increase on end of last financial year figures - so a strong start on the outlook for the now current financial year, less than 2 weeks in. I think that's great!
