Castleton one of those whose market health is assured, based as it is on a cumulative repeat revenue model predominantly from non discretionary rents to housing associations, and business from the public sector, both of which have a requirement to use modern technology. And with capital expenditure done, the reports we're receiving point to that safety, profitably and growth.

Actually, I think they're a little behind the curve and rather conservative having regard to the recent updates - particularly the profitability also mentioned in the trading update, and trading in line with market expectations as given by broker FinnCap. Nice to have a little mention - others may pick it up also - proper forward valuation should see Castleton sp make deserved headway. We've been very patient - that should pay over next few weeks.

It would be hoped that NCC retain the existing Accumuli customer base, keeping them happy and adding some additional value, that groups are able to provide. Quite a heist. The company spoke to housing association chief executives who said they are buying and selling land on a more regular basis and offering other services outside of social housing such as social care and managing leisure centres. Some are now generating up to half their income from non-social housing activities.
