Morning all
they don't like it up em Mr Mainwarring
soon the artillery will stop , it will be quiet for too short a period , so fix bayonets chaps and on the whistle we will take a run at them... bon chance mes amis
did my research and listened to plenty of others who are clearly more informed - can't wait for 20k and the quicker we move past that with WC and Lanc 8 the better - there are calculated risks and I have made mine by investing here
I wonder if all that we see occurring now has the approval of Dr T , and was even planned by him with others prior to his handing in his notice to quit. I also felt there was something amiss in that televised mini-CMD . I wonder if it could be personal reasons ...
phew - got in at 6.59
Have dealing desk trying to do a manual !!!!
OK - thx - have lost my way through some of this - mea culpa
It would be good if they could do it alone I guess but its divvying up the produced oil that is the issue for me at least. If a revamped joint venture agreement is being looked at in light of recent developments then it may be back on that Spirit pay towards the gas solution and other things so that would be good . I am hoping that 7z is back on reasonably quickly though but I know its just wishful thinking until we know more . I was wondering, before the taking out of production of 7Z happened, what would happen if we got Lanc-8 as well as Lincoln Crestal and thinking that one of the current producing wells may be switched off for a bit at times anyway - as I (probably incorrectly) thought we could only handle 3 intakes from wells .
DC - I thought that agreement had been changed and Spirit although not preventing development of Lincoln Crestal would not have any commitment to any further funding after the l g lead items. So if we want to go ahead and develop LC then we are liable for all other monies required including those for the Gas Solution. What I do not get is how then , if we pay out all of the remaining development costs, the shares of the produced oil are to be calculated . The original agreement appeared to be 50/50 but that was bearing in mind Spirits committed spend - now that is no longer there is it still 50/50 - hope not!
Thx Joe S. , Ghengis and DC .
Thanks DC
DC can you remember his last buy in price?
it may be that he is friving but I meant driving
I wonder if Berni has got his way as an activist investor - he appered to be anti AS and indeed anti RT. He wanted big bucks early on for gwa and RT did not want that. But with a dwindling hsare price perhpas RT less in vogue and Berni perhpas more so with the bigger players . This may point to more work on GWA to allow some sort of sell off and therefre 1 up to Berni - then we need Lancaster sorted out - Berni needs to get a return on what he has invested and I think that was in teh low 20's . If Berni is driving then he presumably will not be wanting to cripple the company but would seek a quick and easier route to see an acceptable return - perhaps then we are safe till we get to Berni's buy in price or just a touch above - hmmmmm - last pension pot now in cash and waiting in my sipp - what to do ????
Would it be better - to link up to Lincoln Crestal ; OR get 7Z sorted out OR drill Lancaster 8. Must ne honest I prefer Lincoln Crestal as it opens up a new producing field and the supergiant GWA, see the 7Z as ongoing maintenance anyway . If Crestal linked and we have the gas solution this allows further expansion so Lanc 8 and others can be catered for and of course 7Z may just need tweaking and /or ESP commissioning anyway . So I vote for Lincoln Crestal if OGA makes it an option.
Oh no!
Probably dependent on how much we are producing as well as other bits and pieces. Even so even before fist oil Rt stayed we were in profit at 40 dollars a barrel
I wonder if 7z going down would encourage Oga to allow an LC link up to AM now.
I thought it worth discussing as the BOD may consider losing some capital or taking a loss on sales to finish the planned testing. Continuous production may not occur if we stop for any reason, perhaps. Anyway l trust the BOD to do the right thing. Also got accepted as temporary , bank, ward clerk at local hospital. So that’s my c19 update are well...
