From what I can tell, HSBC, Invesco, Peel Hunt and Bank of America still have holdings here
Hercules have 20% warrant options at a price of 0.42p
Does anyone know anything about the Holding situation of MTFB and what is free float?
Does anyone know what percentage of shares are available to market and what percentage is held by institutional investors. I know Bank of America where in this a few years back, anyone have any updates to save me doing all the research?
Thanks
Clearly don't live in Sheffield, do ya lad! ;)
I'm surprised they haven't suspended the share at 400% increase.
Will close in a very strong position, orders will hit in tomorrow and another day of the same.
A lot of people will start to exit tomorrow though if they make similar margins.
400+% is a very good return for a day or two work.
Hold IMO
What is the situation here?
I have had MOTIF BIO on my radar for some years now and I know they were testing Iclaprim in rats and possibilities of it to be used to treat cystic fibrosis. I see that it is being fast tracked for FDA approval. What are the links with COVID-19, as Iclaprim is an antibacterial drug not antiviral...
Are Bank of America still invested here?
Have there been confirmed clinical trials?
Would be helpful if someone could provide a quick lowdown etc
Hi
What has happened here? Reading some of my old IC magazines and this was at around 40p?
New builds will contract in house they wouldn't go to SFE, costs way too much. Ultimately they will struggle due to competition and prices... there are around 2/3 other companies competing with Safestyle, also, they aren't cheap... and if you read their customer reports they aren't too good either... My mind remains fixed on this one; Do not buy. When a company has such a bad period you don't buy until they at least have 2/3yrs of stable growth. This is a falling knife and those whom try to buy in because they feel it is cheap will end up with a laceration in their portfolio.
I hate to say it... But this is a Carillion all over. Debt is uncomfortably high current liabilities is ridiculous against current assets H1 2017 vs H1 2018 is remarkably poor... Literally just glanced at figures. Don't even need to do ratios (current ratio or assets to liabilities etc) as you can see by just looking at them that they are terrible.
Sold out a while ago. Just waiting now for another entry. Original price was 52p when it went up to 60s a while back I sold. Literally can't believe it has dropped to the 30s. It angers me even when I'm not invested as there are some loyal people who are nearly 30% down. I swear last time I checked the NAV was around 60p odd? May have been something from IC i saw a while back.
I hope you're all keeping well here.
The company already has infrastructure and assets in north Africa. Producing great margins in both Egypt so the infrastructure is already in place which should improve margins for a new acquisition... PW said a while back he wants a big deal which will require financing but any deal which improves MCAP by about 2/3x will create shareholder value... obviously i am just speculating, at present.
The company is in a strong position... it's not your typical AIM company with 30m debt and 5 m revenue I think after all of this SDX may come off AIM onto main market. It doesn't require placing just to keep the lights on... it is seeking out a placing or a way of financing for a larger asset which they think will create significant value towards the company... surely this must be a good thing?
Look on the company website. http://www.sdxenergy.com/investors/aim-rule-26-information.aspx Under Takeover code.
Don't want to come across like I am putting you down, wasn't my intention.
My mistake - Like an idiot, I sold out of SDX two months ago. Put my money into premium bonds as I am commencing my final year at Uni and needed the cash easily accessible in case of an emergency and for a house deposit. Still managed to bank some profit after being a shareholder for two years but feel I sold out too early. Equally, cant grumble its all a learning curve deal could still go either way. But I am happy for those here, had the patience to stay in. Well done guys!!
