Initially not sure as a shareholder how to react to this…and how will shell react? Their is a slight disappointment that a deal has not been done with shell themselves, rather than a 3rd party.

Spreading Linde rumours indicates how desperate some rampers are getting to try and get price up . Ignore and await RNS…my own view, the longer an RNS takes to come, the more likely it will contain positive news

Fundamentals look good, market cap only £20m, revenue from field confirmed at circa 650k per quarter, even at current low gas prices, so annual revenue 2.6m with balance of gas price risk probably on upside. Future field devt potential being worked up….feels good off current SP to me, let’s see where market takes it, gla

That announcement propped up the share price months, gave reasons to extend life of co, keep taking salaries etc…..but so far as I can see nothing was known until Dec, when it was announced it was ‘no more’ and the co has since gone into meltdown. Investigations are needed to determine if it did every genuinely exist with a third party, or was it an inside job/ ghost deal to prop the co/ share price up for 6 mths. it’s the sort of thing that could actually get the people concerned locked up…….which many will say is the least the bod deserve for the apparent misrepresentation of the position and destroying shareholders capital to end up where it is today.

If it looks like a 💩, smells like a 💩, has the colour of a 💩, the texture of a 💩……..then yes it is a 💩. Still holding my shares that are now worth no more than cost of a parking ticket, Got caught out by this one….. be very aware, would be no surprise if this goes under.

Positive to see the business still confident in its cashflow…..really ought to rerate back up at some point when punters wake up to what is on offer here….I’m sticking this out….receiving the divis makes it an easy decision

After a total dog of a year on this, finally something positive.

Let’s hope he has more success drilling in 2024 than the past 12 mths that achieved not a lot. Would still prefer a jv or farm in with a bigger more experienced operator.
