I think this is very simple, with all the speculative elements removed, this share is now a direct play on the price of gas. Look at the current gas price and it explains the SP. I expect to see that direct relationship continue, so if say gas prices double between Aug and Dec, i would expect the tone of the SP to follow that increasing cashflow. Equally if prices fall further

Looks a good deal…..all we need now is some recovery of gas prices that should help the SP recover……

Turks saying weeks!!……no one can be sure, but would not surprise me if it does, need the new Turkish govt then several weeks probably before they have a position they are happy with…..get the pipeline south up and running and take the Turks out of the equation……otherwise I can see this happening again in future years…

Looks like it is all coming together, at some point this SP should be a major re rate as the market wakes up to it being a proven lithium production play. BOD doing a great job it seems, long May that continue!

Yes of course re divis, but they represent a very small sum when compared to value created by SP movement. This sp needs to get moving back towards 40+p and looking for something from the BOD to inspire that. Do nothing and maybe the price goes up a bit…..but to remind not that long ago it hit 50p!

As an opinion, I beg to differ…in my view the only reason for the rise over 2 days is the Egdon deal and the hint of a ‘hope’ value that UJO might get a bid…… which I am starting to wonder might be the only way to get the full value of the company reflected in the share price. This reflects the lack of pro activity or imagination of the BOD recently to use their now fantastic financial position, but all we get so far is the 1 trick pony of share buybacks…. That don’t work on small cap cos like UJO, evidence by the SP.

Let’s just get our facts right, since late March the share price saw a steady decline, until yesterdays pick up on the Egdon news. To suggest recent rises(plural) is complete fiction. Let’s just make sure we are not writing fiction as fact on this board, gla

Has to be interpreted as a vote of confidence in the co’s future, buying in at this level. market seems to agree judging by welcome SP move up.

Just a shareholder capable of independent thought wanting this co to deliver to its potential

Yes a nice little profit that they will no doubt throw away with a share buyback, that in small cap cos like this has zero impact,, this is not Rio Tinto !!total waste of cash. BOD continuing their pointless buyback programme that has no impact at on SP at all,clueless when it comes to creatively using their great cashflow for actual deals that might move the SP!!!

Another doing what it says on the tin divi announcement….very surprised the SP has drifted this low notwithstanding current market oil & gas pricing…. Going to keep holding and collecting/ reinvesting divis into more stock at these prices…gla

In which case, if lazy directors ( which based on the last few mths maybe the case?) expect an offer at say 42p to be enough…..!!!! Mind you with the current SP stuck in the 20-28p band and their being no clear and ambitious investment and growth plan for UJO……….maybe it is?????????

Why isn’t UJO using its financial firepower and making an offer for europa…..???? For example….not 🚀 science is it!!!!!!

Sorry to pop the bubble…but I don’t see a lot positive in this other than relatively small sum coming in from UJ’s shares in Egdon…and so far the UJO board has not invested the cash it has received well, other that wasting it on share buybacks…!

……….+1%??????????????? This board need to get proactive, or they will get an offer for 80% above the current share price (=40p!!!!!) and just sell out as well……

Re bacanora….so was I, problem here is that I suspect quite a few holders bought in above 4.5p and will be nursing a crystallised loss…..hence ensuring the DOB jokers have the best price….

Just confirms they did not have their heart and belief in their projects….a good thing they are going…..but have they just done a ‘dum’ deal and selling out to the first punter who waved soma cash at them…would like to know if the co was more widely offered and to what degree the bunch of jokers on the board actually tried to negotiate the price up????
