This is an exploration play with no reasonable certainty of a positive outcome and needs to be priced that way unless and until they have some independently certified flow results, if they get that far…..best wishes all

Nothing certain here, it’s an exploration company with a ‘hopeful’ sign. History is littered with these were the final outcome is not commercially viable. For those sitting on multi bagging consider taking some profit off the table and don’t believe the manic rampers with a run to more crazy unsubstantiated future SP guesses. It could be big winner still, but balance that prospect against the current facts. Good luck all.

Nothing happening with news on this until later in yr. people want their money to work, selling out and buying into stocks where news is expected more quickly, look at rises in ukog& uog ! Awaiting news in weeks…..

Any reason for the board not to consider a merger with pantheon?????both effectively on the same turf, probably would create a bigger and more attractive strategic opportunity, to then do a deal with mid sized or major production co!

So, as both companies are effectively looking to feed from the same trough, why don’t they consider a deal and create an entity that would have real opportunity for a mid sized or major oil co to do a deal with? Come on boards !!!!

Nothing new in this, 88 announced their results some time ago. No indication of what this board are going to do next ….. not happy with the apparent dithering.

At least the news from the blowout seems to be the best scenario, notwithstanding the initial shock, cost and delay. Opportunity to get the well back on track & producing is hopeful in my view.

They will be rewarding themselves for failure with share options at current pricing say they need to be incentivised, !! say trebeling option values when the share price is 60p in say 3 yrs time, and telling us how deserved/what a great job they have done, when it’s 40% of £1.50!
if I recall correctly they sold out when the price was £1.18, maybe now it’s 20p a more helpful sign of confidence would be to see them using part of that cash to buy shares direct at the current price?????? Talk about not believing in their own company ?? Come on board, show some confidence in your own business, they clearly have the capital……

Need to make the decision about testing smd, if need to £ raise to do that, do it now and give shareholders the prospect of some decent good news in next few months, could result in a much improved flow rate without a totally new well being required, if my understanding is correct. If not careful the SP will be mid teens before they do it and then cosit existing shareholders even more dilution on the raise. board are probably more interested in giving themselves a shed load of new share options at lower prices….remember this was £1.50 not very along ago….!!!!!!!!! A shocking dog it currently is, some proactive board decisions required please….

What should have been a perception changing positive success on the sidetrack has turned into a damaging SP trading day. No-one holding shares can take any positives from the ham fisted way this has all been presented. Time to get a new Comms advisor Angus, one that understands how markets react. Fair to say that what should have been upwards re-rate up news has become ‘18.04.23 an RNS that will live in infamy’ Still holding to hope that Singhie is right and we still get our ‘midway moment’ later in yr when hopefully full production capacity will be apparent and the gas price starts rising, banking major gas sales £, but today has been a ‘dogs dinner’. Board………..must do better

So all the cash flow committed to share buy backs has had a really positive SP impact over the past few months??….well done board and rampers!. If they try and recover the cash by selling the shares, will only depress the SP further. Board need to do a review their strategy (do they actually have one ??) either use the incoming cashflow to stop share buybacks and declare an intent to use the cashflow for a regular divi programme (and so change the potential benefit profile which may attract a different sort of investor, with positive SP impact) or find a deal, even if buying in more% of the wressle interest (say some % of that held by europa for example) or a new prospect….At the moment this is in the doldrums, board need to steer for alternative waters.
