Does anyone think it's possible that the EPC signing could occur over this weekend and that we might get the RNS earlier than expected.? On Monday morning maybe.?

The ASX RNS stated -

'(b) Kore Potash requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the commencement of trading on 20 November 2024, by which time the Company will release the announcement.'

Sounds like they are pushing back the date to 19 November again.

It's looking more and more like our RNS will arrive on Monday morning. I guess that means any time before today's close is the last window of opportunity to buy-in before the RNS is released on Monday.

CBax, KP2 just raised almost $1 million dollars the day before the halt from high net worth investors, and David H mentioned that he couldn't participate in the cap raise because he has access to unpublished insider info. I dont think that our high net worth investors would put that money in unless they were pretty sure that the "unpublished insider info" was positive news.

ASX RNS says that trading is expected to resume on Monday 11th (signing could occur over the weekend).

'KP2 expects the trading halt to last until an announcement is made relating to this matter, which will be no later than before commencement of trading on Monday 11 November 2024'

Seems the EPC signing ceremony has been brought forward.

Didn't the annual report already confirm that financing is coming from the United Arab Emirates and from China.?

With the GM out the way, expectations turn towards the EPC contract as the next order of business.

The Chairman is about to pick up another 4 million shares next week in the GM.

On Page 3 (signing ceremony already being planned):

"While discussions with PowerChina were progressing, the CEO also engaged with the Ministry of Mines in the RoC to plan the organization of the signature ceremony which should take place in Brazzaville. The Company are waiting to update the Minister and finalise the date and venue as soon as the legal process is completed."

Nothing officially new can be said about the EPC tomorrow in the GM. Market sensitive information must be released to the whole market, and not in a "private" General Meetings.
