There is a website called Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute or SWFI which apparently tracks global sovereign wealth funds. Can be found at swfinstitute.org.

If you go to that website and hover over "Profiles" in the main menu, then click "SWF" then scroll to the bottom of the page where there is a search bar and search "One World Impact Partners" a profile for One World Impact Partners appears.

On the OWI Partners website it states that the vision of the company is to meet the UAE's strategic objectives.

@stockwatch, the term sheet is listed to be valued at US$2.2 billion dollars. Thats is quite a bit more than a cent.

No company would sign and enter into a term sheet agreement if they did not have the intention of honoring that agreement.

Summit was acting as a broker in this deal, they were never going to be the lender.

There is a large level of confusion in the comments about this.

Why is everyone claiming that Summit is not a part of this deal.? I would say that Summit actually helped to broker this deal.

@stockwatch, Summit were never going to fund the project themselves. Summit were acting more like a broker for arranging the finance.

It's possible that the finance contract gets signed today or tomorrow and our announcement arrives first thing Monday morning on 2 June.

We could have additional offtake agreements which do not form part of the financial package. Maybe to brazil or some other african country.

One the significant shareholders increased their holdings in the last 2 to 4 weeks. I dont think they would have done so if they thought that the finance contract was at risk. I think they would have only done so if they believed that the finance contract was going to get done.

After we receive the $1.929 USD billion funding offer to build the mine does anyone know what a fair share price or market cap might look like.?
