It always amazes me why ii's sell in such huge volumes over very short timescales thus dragging the sp right down into the gutter, when they know very well they could get substantially more selling over a longer time period. MTFB is a recent classic example, I guess the advantage for new investors is that they can get in on the cheap.

But Colin has also stated that any commencement of legal action the permits get automatically stopped by ARSO, so IMO legal action won't ever happen.

Looking good, next few weeks should be nearer 80p, the fundamentals warrant it.

Remember, ARSO doesn't ever need to say no, all they have to do is keep putting hurdles in the way with the next one possibly being the EIA, they continue that until 2022 and AST is out Slovenia.

Thing is jester, people have been saying that for years now and still no permits.

However with JL now gone, the ball is now firmly back in ARSO's court and if the permits still don't get issued then they never will.

Certainly an interesting week ahead.

Maybe the reason they have been withdrawn is that the output of the drilled wells are not as good as True had first hoped, lower than expected flow rate possibly.

kelsbells, I believe the other week the ceo talked briefly about that they have been in discussions with third parties about possible deals but obviously that's been put on hold since the approval hold up.

The more potent the better, so yes a very good article.

Although I was in here before the drop (still can't believe it) I am continuing to add as in the near future we will look back at this time and think what an absolute steal to be able to buy at 7p.

I might also add that I do believe it will get approval and the fact that the II's haven't offloaded their holdings gives me much confidence.

Ivyspivey, may I ask but you don't have to answer, are you medically trained as you do seem to know the technical side of the trials data which many of us don't, and as a long term investor do you think iclaprim will eventually get approval (hopefully this year)?
