I do hope people realise that if/when the company starts legal action against ARSO, the permits and possibly the concession extension in 2022 will almost certainly be cancelled. If they do go down that route they have to be 100% certain that they can win and even then the Slovenian government may refuse to pay.

HopelessDave and co should hang their heads in shame for ramping this crap company and they have undoubtedly cost people money.

Past experience in other shares is that over the next few days the sp will go below the PB price, just wait a while and buy in at a cheaper price.

It's all about keeping the bod's salaries going now, nothing else matters.

If what has been stated is true and apparently it is on the ARSO website then there should be a Monday 7am RNS. It's plainly obvious now that the permits are being stalled in order to run the clock down to 2022, the concession is/was never going to be renewed.

I think the sp will fall to a new low this week and probably won't recover until Colin pulls his finger out and starts legal action (should have been done years ago) although I believe ultimately it will be a waste of time and money.

One thing is sure, Colin either needs to go or take a massive pay cut.

Don't worry, he will make an appearance when new funds are due. ;-)
