Like you a Wraith I'm a long time holder with a long position. I have always budgeted around 10 years as a pay off on my investment and I don't see any reason to doubt this. Once output slows down and demand increases there will be a renewed focus on the Falklands. And we are primed to hit the deck running. ATB holders

Pretty much what Tomkinson said. Although I would add that some interesting things are happening in the oil industry right now and the Argies are warming up too. Hmmmmmmmmm.

The jury is out. The children have thrown the toys out of the pram because Iran wouldn't get into the sand box and play nice. There's a surprise. On the bright side we should see a price drop on Monday and a chance to top up at sub 2p prices. Let them all sook oils out the ground like it's going out of fashion. With the lack of new field development or investment it means prices will rocket once the panic starts. ATB holders.

I certainly hope so LM. A 10 bagger from today's price would see me break even and get my £25K investment back. I'm waiting for much more than that though and expect £1+ once we get an FPSO out to there. I'm 50 in another 7 years and I expect BOR to provide a very welcome birthday gift...... The gift of retirement :) ATB

I agree Caitlin, it's a long play and needs lots of patients. But I've known that for years and happy to bide my time. Just playing "what if", but It would be great if we are at £1+ in seven years. That would be a lovely lump in the ISA retirement pot :)

Being shared here... The best part is that they are all possible !!! Arg rising with us, possible J/V ? Possible take over ? Possibly drilling in a few months ? Possible P&D ? (Unlikely or it would have happened by now). Like CC says, whatever is going on its great to see us climb out of the slump we were in. I meant to say well done on your research and sp forecast of 3p. You were astonishingly accurate with that and I'm impressed. Also good work on the phone call and update that you shared. We all appreciate your time and effort. Sharetrooper, I hear you on the FCA gripe. This sort of price increase needs to be looked at in the absence of any new public knowledge... If there is new info it's obviously private and for the pricks who already have plenty cash !!! In just a few trading days.... Now I'm not moaning and I hope this keeps going. But I'd like to know why this is happening when there hasn't been any news for months... A re-rate is great, especially before good news, but there is no way this is steadily rising without a good reason. I've been here since well before Darwin so I'm not in any rush. Although I will be pleased as punch when a partner is announced as I have always said our SP will rocket when that happens. It's really tempting to average down but I'm already invested to the tune of £25K and its £21K down at this time. And what if this is a P&D... I doubt it but you never know. My logic tells me that we will either take off and rocket past 19p or sink like a rock (very unlikely). So I'll hang tight and continue to wait for pay day :)

And then I'm even... At this rate we'll see 19p in no time :0

No doubt about it, but on the bright side I'd rather convert my shares into paper and use them to wipe my a.rse than sell up. You can say that again mate, lol. Seriously though, Doublesix nailed it. Our fate is not tied to FOGL at all. We stand alone with a significant discovery. Ironically the issue for us is that we are alone and we need a partner to fund appraisal and development of said discovery... You can't beat a little irony to prove God has a sense of humour. I'm not playing the "guess the bottom game" as it's anyone's guess, but the FOGL news is there issue and not ours. We will no doubt dip, then we will climb up and probably hover around 3p until WE have a further development. My average is 19p so I'm not going anywhere. JB, I'm not being funny, but did you actually think before posting that nonsense ? Perhaps you missed the memo advising we have already found at least 230M barrels ! A humpy strike will definitely help us. A humpy miss might not help, but it won't hurt us either. It's even possible that a humpy miss will secure the southern basin as BOR territory and bring a partner to the table. Perhaps even Noble ... Whatever your game is don't waste our time with your drivel.

A good result at Humpy will certainly help us 007. I see today's news as a strong indication of a find. It's cactus as Rookie said, you don't spend big limos of money unless you have a good reason and based on that I'm very tempted to add 61,000 shares to my pot and get up to 200K. Interesting days ahead. ATB holders, and I extend that good will to FOGL :)
