The discussions between CEZ and VW were concerning the Gigafactory JV... not actually any of EMH's business.

Presumably one argument in favour of VW buying out EMH is that if VW and CEZ JV on a gigafactory, both will own the Li resource and also Geomet. So they don't have to worry about Geomet making a profit. They can run it at cost, meaning they get the Lithium Hydroxide at cost as opposed to market prices. Assuming this doesn't infringe upon some monopoly law or something. Anyone who understands such things better than I do have a view?

Well, yes... that's the elephant in the room.

Think they'd like that if they can manage it, but would there be enough Li? I think EU are aiming for 80% self sufficiency... whether they get there or not remains to be seen.

Breath taking. And this is just VW. And Cinovec is the largest hard rock source, in the middle of Europe, and is one of the cheapest to produce hydroxide or carbonate from.

Anything could happen here. But whatever it is, it's going to be huge for EMH.

haha now now chaps... I know from long experience that debates around Cadence invariably get overheated. This is the EMH board :-) Cadence have sold some shares to raise some cash. For whatever purpose is their business.

Yes he's promoting Tern and pushing for a price rise. Some call this 'ramping'. I call it dealing in facts. Consider DA in this link from earlier, posted by kkrriiss:

Anyone with more than half a brain can see that as a top ten company in what is a huge and growing sector (especially with the Biden initiative in mind), DA is worth more than 114m. That price is ridiculous.

Against that, there are some very silly theoretical valuations floating about. 30b is the most outrageous that I've seen.

But imo, there's certainly room for at least quadrupling the DA component of Tern's present valuation. At least. And if, when it sells, the figure is higher, that'll be a nice surprise.

You could probably conduct the same exercise with FVR and Wyld. And maybe InVMA too. Too early for TM.

The current share price does not reflect anything like the commercial reality here.
