I believe Daimler have pulled out of their static energy storage battery business, in the States. perhaps for the same reasons as BMWs reluctance....

I think battery production is emerging as very specialist and competitive market. Also requiring a lot of R&D expenditure.

Ober, my understanding is that the preliminary mining license assures a full mining licence if such things as the EIA etc are successfully fulfilled. But it has to be issued. It's an administrative process. And we're waiting.... KA must surely be at a disadvantage in any talks without it.

Do you think EMH are in a position to force events? I mean if they turned to the CR Govt and said, 'look, we have a deal to supply Samsung with X tons of LCE... give us the bloody mining licence now if you want the CR to play a role in this revolution..'.

I'm reposting this one more time, otherwise Myst1, whose post it originally was, wil get fed up with me.The share price has been low becuase of historic concerns about the politics of the CR and how they might impinge on EMH. These dubts have now been resolved, as you can see in the following... (I believe it's this understanding that is driving the price recovery, notwithstanding that we're also due some new soon.)

I think you underestimate the significance to many of the contents of Myst's post, which I reposted below, and which I also posted on Hot Copper (with credit of course). Uncertainty about EMH status has been hanging like a cloud over us, but those articles clarify things, and very much for the best.
