If I thought or knew something was brewing with a Stock, I would keep it quiet indeed, and be filling my boots, not shouting to the whole world causing the SP to rise and thus cost me more to fill my boots, unless I had already filled my boots and wanted out!

Another adage "buy on the rumour - sell on the fact", if a "farm-in" is announced the SP will plummet and if not it will still plummet - nice lose lose tip pal!

Assuming they can get an Auditor to sign off their accounts considering the last Auditor was reported to the FRC for passing "errored" accounts that was +£m's out!!!

Which allowed UKIG to return from suspension and on the back of another worthless MOU raise £5m to fill the gaping hole in the finances, then they issued "corrected" accounts.

Naive swampy rampers and day traders taken to the cleaners once again, but still they worship Sanderscam and UKOG!

The queue at the Insolvency Service grows longer by the day!🤣

Trish aka Adrian once again blows hot and cold on UKOG and states the obvious, UKOG has been trading insolvent for ages!

Perhaps someone who is not "green boxed" can ask him, seeing as he pretends to have blocked virtually everyone, obviously likes his own company!

Also, the average daily trading share volume and trade value didn't warrant the risk, even a small £10k buy/sell would cause the SP to jump or drop too much.

Serious traders are looking at £50k per trade minimum with a swing of about 8% on a 10day settlement to make around 5%.

In my "Day trading" days; you could trade 5x the amount in ones trading account on 10 day settlement; I had £70k bought £350k Vodafone when it was trading between £1.02 - £1.08, with a small spread, roughly over 7 days, bought on a Friday sold a few days later banked £15k profit, again a couple of weeks later, banked another £15k profit in just 2 trades and I held the shares for a total of about 5 days - takes money to make money though, none of the silly sub £250 nonsense trades on UKOG, like kids gambling with their piggy-bank money! 🤣

Why I wouldn't of touched UKOG even with rampers money; the spread was too wide, and the Share Price almost dropped daily plus trading fees meant a guaranteed loss and lock-in, only FOOLS and rampers in their dreams would dare - if only they had any money left that is!

By the way Skwizz, flipping shares only works in a mainly rising market, although TH2 and their other aliases will lead you to believe "averaging/buying the dips" works when the SP is continually falling!🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Of course a few punters did well on the way up and smart investors switched to other companies like your beloved BP. Over 18years ago I chose new and used Gold and Diamond jewellery, others Bitcoin both have been extremely successful. But even BP dropped but thanks to Trumps Iran war and the cost of Oil rising the SP has done very well, but many when looking at 10,15,20%+ losses believed the hype and not the warnings and stuck with UKOG.

That has led most punters in losing all their money and UKOG benefiting to the tune of £135MILLION+. Time after time UKOG have accounts and Auditor problems, that tells investors UKOG is not investable. Die hard punters/swampy rampers will try their best to manipulate naive investors into buying to increase demand to ramp the SP, so they can get out with even a tiny fraction of the £135MILLION dumped down the UKOG Monaco apartments overlooking their yachts lifestyles toilet, like that's ever going to happen.

And now, the same swampy rampers are wondering how and will UKOG fight off Insolvency, considering the last MOU Ramp to raise more money failed and demand for UKOG shares plummeted to virtually zero, and the ongoing accounts irregularities.

As UKOG issues more confetti shares it keeps topping up the EBT to 10% so as to ensure they can never lose a vote or be ousted! Everything fixed in the interests of Stephen Sanderson and the BOD's and even worse the Shareholders foot the bill!

How anyone with more than one brain cell defends and ramps UKOG is beyond me, especially after losing a big share of the £135MILLION fleeced from Investors!!!

Or put another way; 36BILLION shares is just over 4 shares for every human on Earth! Or 40+ had the last consolidation not taken place, £135MILLION all gone!

If you have 100 shares you will get 10 new shares. If the SP corrects from 0.0001p to 0.001p (then again drops from there in UKOG's case). Basically 1for10 moves the decimal point 1 place to the left.

What I was pointing out is if the last consolidation (shares in issue had not been reduced by 90%) there would now be 360BILLION worthless confetti shares in issue and a SP of 0.00001p!!!🥴

Actually LSE figure is out of date, it's 36BILLION and if you take into account the 10:1 consolidation that's 360BILLION shares that have been issued!
