Hardly anything available. Currently 100 shares at 3.5 then we jump to 3.9, I took 100k today. Doesn’t need much and we’re moving
Morning all, thanks for the quote bear, I’m confident here, loading up at this level should see a good return imo. One of the biggest issues I see though isn’t the company it’s the fact no one is talking about Zenith it’s soooo far off the radar and that is where investors come in. It’s your money, your company, if you believe the story tell people why. Other investors want to hear it from you and me, why did we invest? What benefit can we see? This isn’t a cry to start overly and unethically promoting but if you want Zenith on the radar - talk about it. Twitter, face book etc, huge communities dedicated to investing who aren’t seeing this
The company news will ‘flow’ through over coming weeks, let’s help it along
My points from today
- Great to hear acceptance and acknowledgement of failings, honesty goes a long way
- Owning 3 rigs and renting a 4th, how many oilers do that
- Run on a shoe string, its slow but there is no massive dilution,
- Explained the new finance and conversion floor
- Drill programme underway
- Target remains 1000 BoPD but mentioned 3000 as a future growth
- New, credible geological information
A positive interview, all be it short. Now we need them to continue the investor engagement and drag this SP up. It's looking like another good day and limited stock available. GLA
Good morning all, I can confirm this as well which is great to hear. Have asked the company to formally ask for questions as well, hopefully this will come from company twitter account shortly. We are so far off the radar it’s untrue and despite it being a long and frustrating wait but it looks like they are finally engaging in a positive way which is great.
Agree 1,000 BOPD seems more than achievable.
It has been frustrating but don’t forget we are in an immensely oil rich region with a plan to realise significant uplift for Zenith, it’s coming. The company are doing this with minimal debt in comparison to peers in the O&G space. They’ve paid off debt, renegotiated new finance which isn’t overbearing on both investors and the Co. Cash down a little due to workovers but we are cash generating, a massive plus. The well plan should deliver and over the coming weeks we’ll hear contract news and details of next steps. Some won’t like this as they want the quick trade, but looking back to end of 2018 and how that finished for a lot I’d much rather be buying a company at the bottom with a clear plan than punting on something with nothing significant to back it up

Heard the placing was heavily over subscribed and there was a large scale back which is very encouraging, also a decent broker behind it, no s#@t houses flipping stock for a few quid . . . .
http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/12/investing/cobalt-tungsten-rare-earths-metals-commodities/index.html Gives an idea of the future need for Cobalt, which majors are looking to do what with it and where it looks set to go. A shrewd move to change strategy and acquire an area prolific with Cobalt as well as continuing with the companies plans for gold. Diversify - Capitalise - Grow. Good move imo
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-volkswagen-cobalt/volkswagens-talks-with-cobalt-producers-end-without-deal-idUSKBN1DR1ZL So VW are that desperate for Cobalt they brought in as many producers as they could, offered them ‘X’ price and the producers all said no way. This should tell you everything about the move into battery metals and their expected value.
http://www.infomine.com/investment/metal-prices/cobalt/ Price of Cobalt is doing very well indeed
Exactly, BOD taking small salaries but incentivised to perform, potential deals already lined up I would imagine, very few shares in issue. Can't wait for the first news to land and watch the scramble to pick a few up. Agreed cash shells are a bit hit and miss, but i like what I read as do plenty of others. GLA
Korg you are talking about something every investor here knows at somepoint will happen. What's your point? because to be honest all this talk over fund raising is boring now. It'll happen and we'll move forward, enough said. The talk should be focused around the new asset / David Garedji/ JORC etc etc. Why do we dwell on a perceived negative when there is far more good out there and let's be honest they aren't going to move forward without the funds so the reality is, providing they get their figures right any fund raise in my view is good . . . . .
Think I know who that trade belongs to and if so was definitely a buy by someone who likes NMG a lot . . . .
IMO you could do well either way. Short term the chart looks very good for a push north of where we currently sit, if you're happy with that then great. Long term is where the big pay off will be when they bring the project into full life IMO sometime over the next 6 months. Lots of good to come along the way, with a bit of reading back and research you'll see, hopefully nothing to bad. We know funding will be needed so that should t come as a shock to the market. What we don't know yet is how good this newly discovered asset is along with early results from other areas of interest in Georgia and the conversion to JORC should also be good. All IMO and of course DYOR, hope his helps
As stockbreaker mentions, looking at the trades and what others I see and speak to have been saying with regard to their portfolio activity I also believe trades to have been miss reported and buys showing up as sells. . . .
I think the funding situation needs to be looked at from both angles. 1. There was a funding recently primarily for the development of David Garedji however that's not to say the money cant be and will not be used for anything else. After all it is the companies money they can chose to spend it which ever way they feel now best serve the new strategy. 2. The company was only ever funded (and this bit is important) UP TO the commencement of the starter pits. If investors read all previous RNS's correctly it clearly states this. So funding will at some point be needed, we've known that for months, anyone who thinks otherwise is silly. Now from my point of view and having had good contact with Greg I expect certain key milestones to be hit before they look to do any raise - David Garedji early results, JORC, drill results, mine plan etc etc IMO a fund raise is not imminent, I sight the reasons below for this which I'm sure we will debate. 1. Sentiment is waining and the share price has fallen as a result. The new direction is very good (brilliant IMO) BUT as with everything AIM you need to deliver on what you say even if the new direction is potentially so much better. Another placing now would kill whatever good vibes have started to sprout in to life over the past week or so, Greg isn't stupid he reads the boards and will know how investors feel, it would not make good business sense to raise now. AND 2. Probably the most important point is that they will not have any idea exactly what they need to fund the project until they have finished formulating the new plan. They have resource consultants who need to asses, mine plans to draw up, local partners and authority who need to be consulted not to mention man power on what is now looking like a full scale open pit operation. Until components like the above named have been discussed and costs confirmed a raise IMO won't happen - the key point being they do not know how much they will need. The best decision they could make now would be a final raise of how ever many millions needed to fully develop the resource in line with their current JV once all plans are final. No need for anything further from that point going forward. This is purely my opinion on the way I see things, the people I chat with and good comms I've had with the company. This is AIM though so DYOR and GL I'm happy and very much looking forward to the coming months. . . .
Ughhh bored. . . . .
David Garedji we know is high grade. . . . . They've just announced a massive resource as well, that's not lucky.
I think you are completely missing everything that has been spoken about regarding the potential of the resource and you sound very negative for someone who I've rarely seen post here. All IMO of course, good luck with your other gold and copper plays which are definitely doing very well at the moment. . . . .
It was always gold starter pits nothing more, now we have a real beast of an asset potentially available to us. Much better proposition for all holders
