This was a strong RNS, putting to bed the old FAST regime with a clear (Bullish IMO) statement of intent moving forward. GLA old and new
It's a funny old game - social media, personally I take them all with a pinch of salt, but as long as they're positively promoting our shares then I'm happy to let them get on with it
I agree equitrader, next year will be the key to which ever way things go (hopefully up) AMYT was covered in the Vixmarket podcast yesterday, hosted by Justin Waite and commentary by Sasha (very good person to follow IMO and a nice guy) AMYT starts about 30:55, podcast number 499 for reference. . . .
Faith is firmly kept here mate, I like this company a lot as does my broker ShardCapital, they've not failed in any business I've had with them thus far and don't see this one being the first. They completed a full site visit, inspecting and understanding everything Noricum have and want to achieve what more do you want from your broker GLA enjoy the long weekend
Exactly, that's all you want, unfortunately you inevitably find those not so willing who float around the various social media platforms. Ironically i have a friend who works around Manchester Uni and knows of the product from people talking about it, I've asked him to find out the general feel and let me know. . . .
Steve come find me @ant_sharwood and anyone else . . . . I've not seen a AGL twitter group but as I only bought in today I haven't really looked, have asked the question so will see what comes back. I'm in quite a few mate - KRS / NMG / AMYT / 88E (2 Groups) / LSE Sharetalk as well as several random share chat groups.
Personally I feel the markets are nervous building up to BREXIT vote. I had a good chat with my broker today who thought much the same. Nothing has changed here other than bored investors as we're seeing everywhere, the trouble with following the heard is often it costs you more in the long run. I'm very happy here, have met Greg and Martyn on 3 separate occasions and liked everything they discussed each time. ISA is open tomorrow and will be transferring in my holding as well as topping up the wife's as is to say I dont want the CGT tax bill from IMO what I feel will be quite big . . . . GLA this will move well this year
I'm a big fan of Twitter to be honest, part of some great groups on there in other shares in. Plus you can chat privately / groups or open tweeting, share photos, videos etc etc. I like ADVFN but prefer Twitter, some very good investors on there as well as companies who use it, nothing better than seeing your company tweeting rather than just waiting for an RNS. . .
Any way this argument has run its course I feel, none of us are achieving anything now. Other than souring the bb and the last thing I want is to play a game of LSE bb tennis! So, as I first said a week or so ago, I will post and talk about something when it's relevant or necessary. I hope we can all do the same, amicably and have some constructive discussions . . . ATB and GLA
And of course not forgetting the JORC. . .
No I don't think so Radaar. . .
Ok, my thoughts / findings and those of a few I've checked with and please correct me if I'm wrong are: - The political situation (collapse of USSR / independent states formed) - The area being too large to mine, only productive in small areas (cherry picking) - Old technology that we already know about
Yep valid point, will ask around and have a look into it. . .
Could well be, who knows lol. . . .
I doubt it mate, usual I'm guessing. Nothing's changed, we're still looking good. Just need production to start as I feel we're drifting as a result of bored investors hopping off the Noricum train have know doubt they'll be back. Just need a little news to kick us on
To the impact a good bit of PR can do, Conkers corner (part of the LSE Sharetalk set up) pushed out a podcast with Gordon Watson yesterday, yes the ex pro footballer, a friend and someone with a lot of knowledge in investing. He says it how it is and doesn't mess about. It received over 50,000 hits on the site, hopefully this is the kind of exposure the guys can generate for us all here . . . . .
Morning KUMS
