LTB if you look back on my posts you will see that I have said on several occasions that this company might well be the darling of AIM stock over the next 12 months and have stated my belief that the market cap could rise to £250 million to £450 million I have yet to see ( in 25 years ) of investing in biotechnology a better placed investment opportunity I stand by that. Never forget that one of the very large Pharmas they are doing business with might well want to acquire APTA.

May I be bold and suggest we might be back in the blue today this news seems to have been exceptionally well received.

Consensus seems to be that the timing and the amount were spot on and that the company is now on the up.

Funding now through to 2027 by which time a number of licensing deals will be in play. A time between now and the conditional placing to pick up some more shares. That will get the negative posters off our backs and leave the board members here to discuss the science and opportunities. I cannot say I am happy that the company has placed more shares as it impacts the value of my holding but the expectancy that it would be necessary at some stage either now or in early 2026 was always on the cards. A prudent move to provide solid financial security and from which to build the business. Adam Hargreaves £100,000 investment a huge positive as a grounded investor. Prognosis for LTH all is good as the company is now funded into 2027

You'd better believe it LTB Really primed to succeed now. Biotechs and drug discovery companies always take an age to mature but once they have done so the shares frequently re-rate extremely quickly. We are on the cusp here. Glad to be invested and waiting patiently.

I've been banging this drum IL I honestly believe this is destined to become an AIM Star The technology is some of the best I have seen in a small biotechnology company in the last 20 years . They have clearly demonstrated that their platform works and has multiple applications in numerous sectors. When it first came to market valued at in excess of £110m it was still basically unproven The last 12 months or more have served to show that it wasn't merely promise but is actually promising. Now on the radar of so many of their peers who will soon be beating a path to the door to get the opportunity to collaborate. The future here looks extremely good and however long it takes I am sure that they will exceed their original market cap by a significant margin rest assured.

A small biotech coming to the market with any one of the 4 major projects in development would each have a market cap well in excess of APTA's £8m. As it stands Aptamer is currently valued at lee than £10 million and should have a market cap of around £40-£50million with enterprise value fully factored in. The opportunity here is quite rightly described by others as massive. As we will soon see as others become increasingly aware of the very real opportunity to make profits.

Well AstraZeneca must be well pleased too as APTA they have accomplished the milestone AZ originally. set out to achieve Clearly a lot more to come on this collaboration now which might well end as others in a further out licensing agreement I wonder what this would be worth in a $20 billion sector. Some very large markets being entered into by APTA ( Alzheimer /malodorant suppression / IHC / fibrotic liver cell targeting the cumulative effect of which will certainly impact APTA's growth and net worth tremendously. Excellent news today.

GG I had a chat with the AIM Team about the sales a couple of weeks ago as I believe we should have had a few announcements ( not the company's fault ) Its always the same when cheap stock is issued and to be honest it can be quite disquieting. I'm rather hoping we get a trading update shortly next week or so It would certainly put a few minds at rest. The Tech here is brilliant some of the best I have seen in the last 5 years and by god will it pay dividends rest assured.

It looks as though a few more buys may well start the forward momentum Perhaps we will get a business update next week following the year end as previously.

I mentioned Danaher in an earlier post today It would be my favourite choice and hence Cytiva. We will have to see but continuing announcements of progress and further partnerships that will lead to substantial revenue streams within 12 months and all bode well. I cannot rid myself of the the thought that at some point one of these companies will put their hands in their incredibly deep pockets and make a bid. You can put a finger in the air to gauge the amount but I provisionally said £250-£450 million and I could be under estimating by a significant amount. As most on here agree the shares will explode in value at some point and good luck to all who hold.

ME could also be Hoffman-La Roche, Danaher who bought Abcam for $4.5 billion or Agilent Take your pick they are all top drawer partners.

I've asked The AIM Team to look into this GG and F . I added up some of the larger sales and the volumes could only have come from 4 sellers, and unless I'm mistaken we should have had a few announcements regarding the sales. Not the company's fault the sellers need to inform of their sales within strict guidelines. AIM Regulatory Team are looking into it. Since I reported it the selling has continued! You are both right however as soon as the overhangs are clear we should start progressing upward. As with all things AIM this could be quite sudden and very defining.
